Could be better for the $$ The fire alarm went off and the whole building was on alert ⚠️ it seemed like the staff on duty did not know how to disarm the accidental alarm but he was polite and calm and reassured me personally not to panic. It was loud and scary for 5 minutes + Our t.v remote had dead batteries halfway through our stay AND no internet connection _ but we survived it, this was the night of March 23rd. Highly satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, our view of the lake was absolutely beautiful from our room. The staff was polite and attentive to safety and well being of guests in the pool and breakfast area. The fire in the breakfast lobby was a great touch the morning of march 24th.

Great stay . Great staff and accommodations We are seasoned travelers and know good quality accommodations. This hotel did not disappoint. Shaun at the front desk was friendly and professional. Ray and Christina in Foxes were also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and made up everyday. We will recommend and will definitely stay again!

Comfortable and centrally located Clean and comfortable. We’re here for a family wedding so just for one night. We stayed in a king room with a couch. There is a coffee maker, but no fridge or microwave. They serve a limited continental breakfast in the bar area. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub.

This twice before you book...maybe 3 times. Customer service was laughable. I reserved a room at this hotel in June for a July stay. My husband ended up checking us in to the hotel and used his CC as form of payment. At approximately 11pm that night, the gentleman working the front desk stated he tried running my card which is what I used hold the room and my husbands card and BOTH came back declined. He said, if this did not get resolved tonight, we'd have to leave the hotel immediately. So...down I went with both cards in hand and within minutes of me standing there, he said everything went through. He apologized up and down. I shook my head and just let it go. Well, on Monday I went and checked my online banking and noticed a charge for $210.90 went through on both mine and my husbands cards. Called them Tuesday -lots of back n forth, after the GM returned from vacation. In one email she stated that she was too busy to deal with my issue. After some investigation, she said there no charge in their records under my CC, she was only able to provide me a receipt for my husbands. Here I sit...2 weeks later and nothing has been fixed. Nothing reimbursed...no apologies, NOTHING! I did file a dispute with my credit union, and I assume they'll do their thing. Room was fine, nothing great to back up their 3 start rating. Will not be back.
