Good experience all-around We stay in every type of hotel - some real nice (like this one) many others are, lets say "budget". The cost at this Double Tree on a Sunday was pretty good but still not the greatest value out there since breakfast isn't free. In fact breakfast was kinda pricey. But, there's an on-site bar with food and the bar has Steve. This guy was probably the best waiter I've experienced yet this year. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable - a real people person. Our room met the standards I would expect from the "higher end" hotels. Nice pool area and great exercise room. Also, quick access to the freeway.

Excellent Bar Really enjoyed our stay. Here on a trip through Pearce. Clean rooms and amenities. 2 amazing bars with excellent staff. Steve in the main hotel bar was as good as it gets. Very knowledgeable about bourbon and a pleasure to talk to. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

great hotel near the airport very nice hotel, great service, good breakfast value, literally 5 min drive to airport. conveniently located to everything in Appleton. clean comfortable rooms. nice exercise facility. good bar. highly recommend - great value for your money

AMAZING Customer Service!!!! Five truly isn't enough for this particular Double Tree location. I was in town to take care of funeral needs for my mom. We'd been up for two days and she passed in the middle of the night. I called the hotel at 5:00 AM an spoke with Jarissa at the front desk. She was AMAZING!!! We were able to check into rooms at 7:30 AM so we could get some sleep before meeting with the Funeral Home. Jarissa also helped in other ways too. She made one of the most difficult times in our lives just a little easier with her kindness. She feels she was just doing her job, but I feel otherwise. I made sure late afternoon I spoke with Manager Brian and co-worker Ethan who also were pretty great. I just can't say enough about the customer service. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your generosity!!!!

Always a great stay Great experience! My room was ready early. I was greeted by the front desk! I was offered a warm cookie and water. The room was really nice and plenty of towels! Housecleaning crew was friendly and available for more towels.The restaurant was convenient, good food and great staff. Emily at the front was amazing! Great experience!
