Loved it A fantastic place, would love to go back. Stayed in 2 rooms for 4 people. Big, spacious, comfy. Towel art too which there kids loved. Swim up bar, and happy hour in the hot spring pools whilst making new friends from around the globe. Kids loved the non alcoholic happy hour cocktails too. Plenty of wildlife too - toucans, lizards, monkeys, sloths, Agouti. Didn't see the alligator tho. Breakfast is amazing. Thank you

Wonderful location and hotel. We del t 3 nights here and it was a very good choice. The room was perfect. Pool area, bar and service faultless. The main restaurant breakfast was very good. Manny manny choices. We tried the sloth tour (saw 8, plus frogs) and hanging bridges. Reception team were very helpful.

Great service with a smile. We had an amazing time and found the food, accommodations, and pool/hot springs to be great. The service all around was friendly and efficient. Joiner in particular was a standout waiter/bartender who made us feel right at home. He really made our trip extra special.

Peaceful with great views Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice. They do have shuttle service to the rooms and provide umbrellas which is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with lots of delicious choices. It was easy to book excursions with them as well. Highly recommend.

Best spot for the right price Our stay was perfect. The location, staff, food, and rooms are everything. The included breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, omelet station, and eggs with breakfast meats. The hot springs pool was delightful. Book here, you will be impressed.
