Dismal I emailed the hotel twice stating that I must have a handicapped room downstairs. I had to carry my 3 bags, cooler and my 2 ECV Batteries to my room on the second floor. Had I not already paid for the room I would have left, but I felt trapped with no option but to stay, My wife had to walk up the stairs and that was not good she uses a walker and could not at this location. The room was ok but the furnishings were tattered, the chair that I am sitting in is about to break. I demand compensation for this. All the girl at the desk could say was I am sorry we are full and next time call us....unacceptable There probably will not be a "next time" I need to know how this is going to be made right to me. My wife and I am barely able to walk up stairs and she can not carry anything meaning that I had to bring everything up by myself.

Excellent value & service The rooms are recently renovated and well marinated, the staff were very responsive and cared about my experience, and the location is convenient to Arlington, the stadiums and Fort Worth. Excellent value, the quality for the price stands out above other models in the area.

Would recommend this hotel 100% to anyone looking for a hotel in the area Stayed here whilst visiting the area and recommend this hotel 100%. My partner was taken ill whilst staying and I was left on my own, Ti the manager was lovely, friendly, helpful and truly went out of her way to ensure I was OK and had all I needed

Grandson and I spent one a one-nite stay for Ranger baseball game. Room was very clean, including fresh bed linens. Bathroom and shower was spotless. The AC works great! Had to turn it down 4 degrees and still cool and comfortable. Our receptionist was extremely nice and made check-in very easy, even though we got in couple hours earlier than check-in time (3PM), so we went out for lunch and the room was prepared when we returned. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely return. Only reason not a 5.0 for value is the price I paid was much higher than online price posted for following weekend.

Awesome place Awesome service. Great clean room, great staff. Ride to the game. It is a bit noisy outside though because of the freeway traffic but can’t hear it in the room. Great big parking lot. With drive up access to your room. They even opened the pool for us because it was such a nice day.
