Continently Located Near DFW and Friendly Staff My room was clean and fresh while it only took 12 mins to get to DFW Airport. The access to good food and entertainment was also a plus as you could be at Cowboy Stadium, Ranger Stadium, and Six Flags in less than 5 mins.

Great Staff, but terrible conditions. Staff was very attentive and helpful, however, masks were not worn. The facility had no kitchen services, the game room was full of broken games, the floor I stayed on had a mildew smell, which filled the guest room as well. Inside the room, there were water bugs in the bathroom and living room, and when waking up, they were all over our belongings on the counter above the refrigerator. Handles to things were loose and falling off, had missing TV remotes and very poor repairs to items in the room. Just felt... unclean, and dilapidated.

Nice looking hotel Hotel was nice looking, a lot of people walking around, bed was comfortable, staff was nice enough, restroom was clean however water pressure was really low, AC was good, Internet service terribly but we are on vacations so it help us stay away from phones lol. No Breakfast, just a sad little coffee maker

The manager took the extra step! I was booked for a Sat check-in, We left Houston Friday night and ended up in Dallas at 2:30 am foolishly thinking we would find another room to stay the night in. When all else failed we arrived to Lux to see if just maybe we would be able to check in early (pay for it, ofc) and upon arriving the Hispanic woman was not helpful at all and told me they did not have any rooms available even after I explained to her that I had just gone to a major surgery and would have to sleep out in my car with my children if she couldn't help me. HOSPITALITY????Nope, not in the least. Anyway, after watching her say goodbye to the man behind the desk I approached again and asked him if he could help me, he did, found something in like 3 min and I was checked in in a total of 7 min. I think she was at the end of her shift and she didn't feel like looking for a room. This is troubling because we could have slept out in the car because of this woman being lazy!! She does not need to be working so late if she cannot handle the pressure of the shift!

Sam and Entire Staff Sam the desk manager accommodated us all the way till we left after a 3 day stay. We partied day and night _. Thanks Sam. __We visited from Detroit for a weekend getaway. The hotel was always clean and the entire staff was friendly and helpful
