Must Stay in Arlington Great service and cleanliness in the lobby, rooms, etc. Erica was our desk person who checked us in and out...very professional, friendly and helpful. We've stayed here 3 or 4 times the past 3 years and they never disappoint. I totally recommend this hotel as a must stay in a city full of things to do...Enjoy!

Nice weekend stay! My husband and I enjoyed this hotel. Excellent staff. Devan at the front desk and all of the employees we had encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a king room was spacious for 2 of us. They are not brand new rooms but up dated, well maintained, and very clean. We stayed for a weekend football game. They had an independent transfer shuttle to take you back and forth to the game for about $20 a person round trip. Well worth it! You can see AT&T stadium from the front of the hotel. The stadium is very close about a 5 minute drive. They have a restaurant and bar. They have breakfast hours and then close for dinner. Bar closes very early, especially for a football game crowd. During our stay it was mostly couples and families staying at the hotel.

Used room My daughters entered their room around 1am for the first time. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, along with a used bar of soap, and the bed looked like it had been laid on. They requested another room and were told there were no more. They offered them clean towels and a new bar of soap. Upon check-out, I requested a refund, but was told I could only get 50% since they stayed in the room. They had no choice but to stay in the room that night since there were no others. I also called the main Holiday Inn and was told I could get free points, but even that would void my partial refund and I would need to call the hotel and request the full refund again. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN HOLIDAY INN!!

Clean rooms, great breakfast and indoor pool! Everything about this Holiday Inn is great. Location, Clean rooms & comfortable beds, Breakfast, friendly accommodating staff and swimming pool. Lots of choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay again soon.

Stay for Rangers Game The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle to the Rangers game and the fact that we were able to check in at 12pm rather than 3pm. However the hotel is very worn down, the restrooms are old, the elevator is dirty and dusty and there was also gum on the walls. The pool was filthy during our stay, unable to use it. I would not recommend.
