Filthy My family and I stayed at this completely mismanaged and filthy Sleep Inn in Arlington Tx by Six Flags. I have attached pictures of the property upon our arrival. The hotel was completely nasty as shown by pictures. Our bathroom door was broken and would not close. My daughter was crying because the hotel was so nasty. Prior to arrival, we originally booked 2 nights. We checked out after first night and requested a full refund. The staff refused to connect us with a manager. They told us to come back the following day to find the manager. When we returned we were told the manager was in a meeting. We called repeatedly for the next week and were given more lies about where the manager was. We ultimately never got to speak to anyone. The front desk staff was so rude and ugly to our family. I'm not sure where they got the pictures on their websites or how much photoshopping was done to them, but they do not look remotely like the actual hotel. BEWARE. It looks like a murder scene that continued down the hall.

Wonderful Nice clean facility. Guest services were very helpful. We were only there about 12hours for an overnight stay. We stayed in double rooms with children. The facilty made sure we had connecting rooms as requested in the reservation. Rooms were of a good size and appeared recently updated. Little disappointed that the pool closed at 8 as we didn't get there until almost 8. Overall a great facilty that I would stay at again.

Great Service Wonderful Staff and Service. Great location to all the major attractions of Arlington. Even during a major renovation process the staff stayed on point and accommodated all my needs as well as my families. Definitely remains my go to place!

Nice area Everything went well I would love to come back Nice clean bed and room and affordable price for the such a busy area and plenty of food places with night life attractions close by so I would most definitely recommend if you're on the DFW area on a budget

Rangers fan Renovated rooms with LVP floors are nice. They were still renovating so it was a little messy but it will definitely be nice with the new carpets in hallways. Breakfast is definitely lacking-only waffles, 2 cereals, yogurt and apples. Just the addition of toast, peanut butter and possibly instant oatmeal would help immensely to add a little protein and hot item without much expense
