Nice enough but needs tech updates I've stayed here several times now, and while I like this Courtyard well enough overall, I'm docking it two points for a couple of basic things it needs to improve pronto: analog-only TV and (very) slow wifi. The TVs in the rooms I've stayed in here over the last 2 years have all been recent-gen, big LGs - but no HD channels or streaming networks (e.g. Netflix) whatsoever. That's a pretty big tech miss for an airport hotel adjacent to Washington, DC. And the wifi - it was in the low single digits (of MBPS) throughout my most recent stay, during which I called the front desk to ask what the story was. The person I spoke with apologized for both tech misses and added, "Yeah; that's all we have in the way of TV and wifi at this property at present." Note to corporate: upgrade your in-room and wifi tech! Otherwise, I like this Courtyard, and I was upgraded to a "premium" upper-floor room for my two most recent stays. For the stay before that (early summer), I took advantage of a cheap package rate that included the excellent hotel garage parking for an extra $5/night. (It usually costs $25/night.) The rooms are nice, updated and clean, with comfy beds, spacious living/sitting area and decor that's a bit spiffier than that in older Courtyards. So, 3/5 - a (barely) passing grade, but I'll hold off on staying again until this Courtyard ups its TV and wifi game.

Nice rooms, nice property, no complaints. Shuttle from DCA to the hotel. Nice property, clean rooms, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I have probably stayed in the majority of the nicer per-diem hotels in Crystal City, and no complaints about this one, only positive statements. My room was overlooking a parking lot, but since I was only there one night, it didn't bother me, and I wasn't in the room that long.

Great Customer Service from Beginning to End! I am so glad to have seen these reviews in advance, and booked a room at the Courtyard Arlington Crystal City/Reagan National Airport. The hotel is really close to the DCA airport, and airport shuttle is available every 30 minutes. I would highly recommend that you check with the front desk about the shuttle schedule, and attempt to be downstairs five to ten minutes before the scheduled departure to get a seat. Their premium rooms are truly worth it, and bathrooms are top notch compared to other Courtyard Marriott hotels that I have stayed in the past. The only thing that I didn't notice in the hotel room was a sofa bed, based on the room type description, but it still worked out for us at the end. Special thanks to Sarah, who helped me with a situation at the end of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when I have to travel from DCA.

Convenient to airport and restaurants - refreshed hotel The front desk was the friendliest and most helpful of anywhere I have ever stayed. They have an airport shuttle and it is within walking distance of a couple dozen places to eat. The upgraded room was clean and looked recently renovated. There are many hotels on the block, but I would stay here again.

Excellent staff & amazing service. Jimmy, at the FD, made me stay there by how he answered me over the phone. Clean, comfy room & great location. They are among the top hotels in VA. I recommend and will return back. Thk u all, Jimmy, Renee, Jackir, Sara & Emanuel, the shuttle driver. Great job guys.
