Hotel is ok but Rude staff We stayed there for 9 days. It was a decent place with kitchen, we plan to go back for another 20 days before moving aboard but the staff called “Lourdes” was very rude to us and disrespectful so we decided to spend another 20 days in other place nearby even it was more expensive. The rest of the staff are nice but the unpleasant experience with Lourdes we never want to go back again.

Avoid if You Value a Comfortable Stay I have stayed at this property many times before because of its convenience but always had my reservations returning… Should have listened to experience and avoided this property. This is a very high traffic property in a great location… However, it’s been there close to 30 years or more and needs some serious attention. Biggest complaint by far is the cooling system. Don’t expect an air conditioner because they don’t have one. They use an old school chiller System that doesn’t remove humidity from the air, resulting in the whole property smelling musty and stale. Cooling is a wishful thought at best... in the third room that I had to move to, the first one never dipped below 80° even with cooler turned on full blast and the second one smelled like a half a pound of herb had recently been smoked in. After maintenance made adjustments to the system in the 3rd room, it cooled down from a balmy 80° to 76° for about an hour and then for the remainder of the sleepless night, stayed at 80 degrees. Avoid this property… I don’t see the operators investing millions of dollars to rehab they’re cooling system anytime soon… There are many other more comfortable properties that are easily accessible in the general area. You will be entirely happier at the RI Arlington Capital View which is about five minutes south of this property or a six or seven dollar Uber ride. No shuttle to/from the airport during COVID 19.

Horrible Management price gauging rude unsanitary This is a horrible hotel do not stay here. This was a horrible hotel Management was rude there was no running water for several days. Mandatory mask wearing was not implemented as ordered by the governor. There was no maid service on several occasions I had to buy my own cleaning supplies I was told I could not get cleaning supplies. The manager price gouged and over billed me for services when he didn’t even provide the services that were contracted.

Great staff! I was flooded out of ny apartment and stayed here for four nights. While my girlfriend and I were putting the apartment back together and going through a pretty stressful time it was great having a staff who actually seemed concerned with my situation and helped easily extend my stay every time there was a delay in moving back home. After stumbling in in the middle of the night after fleeing the flood, we couldn't believe the (new) manager the next morning expressed his sympathy for the situation. All in all amazing stuff thank you so much for being an emergency home!

Best Staff Ever!!! In terms of the hotel, it is an average Residence Inn. The hotel is clean and cozy but nothing lavish or extraordinary. Breakfast was great and they have some nights they serve free dinner (hooray for not cooking that night)! My family and I stayed for a long time and we really got to know the place well. My main point for writing this review is for the staff - they definitely get 5 STARS. They were the most welcoming and friendly staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. My two-year-old is obsessed with fruit and Gladys, one of the restaurant staff, was so kind to go out of her way to bring us a fruit bowl for us to take upstairs to our room so we had extra fruit for him throughout the day! It was always great seeing Gladys, she is one of the friendliest people I've ever met; you can't help but smile when you say hi to her!! The cleaning staff are also great. I saw Ovilia almost every day. She introduced herself right away and felt us feel very welcomed. She loved saying hi and talking to the baby and I looked forward to seeing her when she came to clean our room! Other staff also helped us carry items while holding the baby, went out of their way to hold elevator doors, helped get the high chair at breakfast, held very friendly conversations and ensured everything was ok with our stay, brought the baby a little teddy bear, and the list goes on and on. They really do go the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed and I would absolutely stay at this hotel again!!
