Overall very nice stay We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a softball tournament. We really liked the size of the rooms with having so much stuff to bring along. The room was very clean. We like the bathrooms being split with the toilet separate. Overall it was a very nice stay. The pool is very small!! The only "con" during our stay was that the air in the room was off when we arrived. It was 97 outside and we were on the top floor. It was 78 in our room. Took an entire day to get the temp down to 69. Also great central location!

Decent palce. We saty here, took a room for a day. The air conditioner did not work, many thanks to the administrator, a very nice and friendly girl, she helped us and set everything up. The hotel is generally good, the staff are great!

Poorly run hotel Nothing was said about no room housekeeping unless you request it. If you have your reading glasses on in the elevator and can read a full page of rules taped on the wall you will find out about housekeeping. But if you are on the 2nd floor …good luck. After sightseeing all morning we requested housekeeping upon finding our room undone. They never came. When we complained the desk clerk he would try to give us a free night. Also never happened. Breakfasts have not caught up with the changes in COVID relaxed policies. Just lazy employees as other hotels in the area have better breakfasts.

Way Below Marriott Standards We stay exclusively at Marriott when we travel and I would never recommend this hotel. When we arrived we were given a room which we couldn't access with our keys. When I returned to the front desk, we were given another room with no apologies or explanation. We settled in that night after a long drive. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on; warped in the middle and incredibly hard. The bathroom amenities were not filled (conditioner and soap depleted). At least three spiders in the shower. When I went to use one of towels it was stained all over. I immediately took it down to the front desk; she apologized and gave me another towel but never asked what room I was in so how would they address it with the cleaning staff? Since they are not doing daily cleaning of rooms during COVID for your stay they asked us to put garbage outside our room. I noticed the same garbage and piles of towels in the hallway for close to 48 hours; it smelled. The grab and go food on the buffet was barely edible. Frozen bagels/bread and I didn't see how the hard boiled eggs were being kept cold. Coffee constantly ran out. I did bring the mattress and other issues to the attention of the front desk person at checkout who seemed unconcerned. Highly disappointed at this Marriott. COVID is not an excuse for these issues. Heed the reviews and pick another Marriott in the area that cares about their guests safety.

Rude and demeaning to my daughter The front desk clerk was extremely rude and demeaning to my daughter and her friend. Both young ladies are 19, and they checked the online policy for any age requirements and called the hotel before booking the hotel. The online policy stated the minimum age is 18. The employee on the phone call told them they needed to be 18. They arrived to check in, and the front desk clerk treated them like they were idiots and was extremely rude and demeaning. Was it because of their age and the fact that they are female?? Totally unacceptable and unprofessional!
