Good for a stopover while traveling Made a last-minute reservation for a stopover while traveling and got a King Suite for ~$150 with a AAA discount. Oddly, the receipt we got the next day said it was ~$110. The card was charged the ~$150 that was quoted and we didn't need to get a reimbursement receipt so it was fine. The building looks like it's been there a bit but the room was fairly recently painted. Almost all the furnishings as well as the flooring appeared to be laminate so easy to keep clean and no disappointments found there. We tried a bagel, English muffin, and juice at the free breakfast but didn't care for any of it so we found a Dunkin' on our way out of town to tide us over 'til lunch. Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Didn't use the gym or pool. Free parking. Good, basic accommodations for a stopover.

Great hotel Very close to Biltmore, about 10 minute drive. Hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel offers a free breakfast which was convenient on the days we had an early tour planned. McDonald’s, Starbucks, and great local restaurants nearby.

Won’t be back The bed and pillows were comfy. Hotel seemed clean. Breakfast was average. BUT. In the morning between 7-8 the water was shut off a couple times for over 10 mins each time. My daughter was in the shower with a head full of soap. No warning just no water. I went to desk. “We are doing some testing should be back on soon” ok wouldn’t it be more appropriate to shut the water off AFTER check out. And a man in the elevator told me there was a note in his bed that said “if you are reading this, they didn’t change your sheets either.

Average Hotel Nice hotel and staff. The hotel is near a major highway, but the road noise is not terrible. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but I am a breakfast person. They provide spongy eggs, a meat, cereal, milk, fruit juices, danish, waffle, coffee during the week. The indoor pool was nice. The "gym" is an elliptical and treadmill. The room was adequate and clean.

Very clean hotel We reserved two rooms, one being a suite roadside. We always travel with a noise machine so the traffic did not bother us at night, however during the afternoon, the traffic sounded like a racetrack. Very clean and spacious rooms. Close to Biltmore Village and I-40.
