Good Value Proposition Ashville is a city of expensive hotel offerings especially now that Covid is behind us. The 4 Points is an older, standard mid-range hotel. What worked: room was spotlessly clean, internet signal strong, great/convenient location, breakfast looked very good (compared with the standard fare at Comfort Inn but we had plans so we did not partake), front desk very helpful, plenty of parking, fair price. What did not work: slow elevator, and I prefer separate shampoo and soap rather than shower dispensers but that's about my only (very minor) complaint. Our room faced the freeway and we did not hear any noise at all. Very comfortable beds. I feel like we could have had a nicer hotel but for much more money. Instead, thanks to 4 points we had more to spend in Ashville for meals and attractions. I think I will be back here if we return to Ashville. Keep doing what u r doing, we left very pleased.

Great Food / Well Managed We only went here for breakfast, but the hot breakfast buffet was better than most of the higher end hotels in the area. Really well managed, the public areas are beautiful. Worth it just for the food. Also, the view of the pool from the outside led us to believe that it's a pretty sweet looking outdoor pool area. This hotel is worth a look.

Great Hotel This hotel was the perfect location within walking distance of the the downtown area. The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptional. Always willing to answer questions and give advice on restaurants and sights to see. Restaurant served a decent breakfast.. I would definitely stay here if ever in the Asheville area again..

Beware To start, I only made my reservation about 3-4 days before my stay and I chose this hotel because my first choices were already sold out. My single room rate for one night was $630 so I expected a rather nice hotel. This hotel is EXTREMELY dated - rattling wall air conditioners that will keep you awake all night and situated on the side of a busy interstate. When I checked in, there were no hotel buggies for our luggage. After lugging it to the elevator (a single bay elevator), the elevator never came. After seeing other guests, they informed me the elevator didn't even work - and we were on the 4th floor - the front desk basically shrugged it off. The ONLY other single bay elevator for the ENTIRE hotel was way on the other end. Secondly, our WiFi worked when we checked in but the next morning it was out. I had important work documents that needed to be submitted. I called the desk and they said they were "aware of the problem and working on it". This may be the all time worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. FYI, no breakfast is even included but that was the least of the problems.

Decent hotel We stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel itself is nice. Interior of rooms is very standard (nothing fancy). The outdoor pool is nice and there is a sand volleyball court. The bar/restaurant area is nice. I arrived earlier than our room was ready, but unfortunately the bar doesn't open until 5pm, so I couldn't get a drink and I didn't want to go too far from the hotel as I didn't know the area yet and was waiting on my friend who was en route to arrive. Unfortunately, like all hotels, there is still no housekeeping services. You have to go down to the front desk to get more towels. One of the elevators was broken for 2 days which was inconvenient, but fortunately we were only on the 2nd floor so we could take the stairs. Very close to a lot of stores and things downtown so it's walkable!
