Amazing Stay In Asheville! Our family had an amazing stay at the Haywood Park hotel. The hotel is immaculate. It’s in the heart of downtown Asheville. Its walkable fro all major pubs and other downtown restaurants. Bill was phenomenal helping us get checked and giving us advice as to where to go. If you’re looking for a posh place to say in Asheville, this is your spot. Bill made our weekend phenomenal. We will be back! P.S. There is complimentary champs at check in…

Great location! Loved the Haywood Park Hotel. Very spacious and clean with a comfy sofa sitting area (and a desk if you must work). Jetted tub in the bathroom, which I didn’t get to take advantage of. We were located adjacent to the alleyway, but we did not have any problem with the trash collection truck noise as others described. I would definitely stay here again.

Customer service above and beyond We dined at Isa’s and used the valet parking through the hotel. It was obvious they were very busy and short staffed. William was running between valet parking and checkin, pouring champagne, and greeting everyone with a smile. While the parking was complimentary for guests of the restaurant, we wanted to tip but had no cash. Most places in town have a QR code you can scan for tips- PLEASE incorporate this at your hotel as he deserved the most! Kudos to William for running the show with exceptional service!

Historic building in the heart of great restaurants and boutiques - lovely! Perfect location, historic building, huge room and large bathroom with TV! This will be our go-to hotel in downtown Asheville for sure. The front desk staff was super helpful with restaurant recos and tips on places/times to go. In the heart of many cute restaurants and boutiques, you can't go wrong!

Strange hotel The hotel is a former department store The rooms are very large. The beds are firm almost brick like. The paint above the tub/shower was peeling off. The temperature control is a dial without numbers and hard to control. The location is great and the staff are friendly including the valets. The hotel is just strange, there’s no life to it. The walls are thin between rooms and the heavy doors slam even when trying to be careful.
