Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff We were on a roadtrip and this just happened to be a hotel at the right distance with a good price. It was great! It was spotless. Our room was very large and the pull out sofa had a very comfortable mattress! The staff were all very friendly. We even lost an item (jewelry) and they worked hard to find it for us- which they did and we picked it up. Well done!

Wonderful stay Hotel was very clean. Enjoyed our stay. It was a overnight on a roadtrip. Breakfast was the normal hotel choices. Would not hesitate to stay again while in the area as it is right off interstate. If looking for somewhere clean and comfortable highly recommend.

Convinient to Huntsville Airport The room was clean and modern. The staff was professional. They had a decent hot breakfast and at the time, it was not crowded ever..One whole floor was being renovated at the time, but you wouldn't know it, there was no noise.

Cleandria’s attitude The stay/room was fine & clean, but the 3 interactions we had with Cleandria (the manager??) were terrible. She had an awful attitude and was completely unhelpful & annoyed with simple requests like checking behind the desk for mail and getting us water as diamond members. It’s frustrating as someone from the hospitality industry to see someone treat guests like a burden. She might be in the wrong industry, unfortunately.

Horrible customer service About 15 minutes outside Athens, we decided to stop for the night. The first place we called was full so called the Hampton Inn. The clerk said pretty much everything in town was booked but he still had 2 rooms available at $199 each. I asked if I could give my cc# to hold the rooms, but he said that his computers were running slow and since we were so close he would hold them for us. When we arrive evidently the issue with the computers had not been resolved as they were being booted up and still running slow. It took between 5 and 10 minutes to get me registered. When the clerk started to register my friend, he said the last room was now unavailable as someone had just booked it online while I was being checked in. Since we had been promised both rooms, he checked with the manager/supervisor in a back room. When he returned he said there was nothing he could do and basically we were out of luck with the second room. At no point during the long rime it was taking the clerk to get us registered and checked in did the manager/supervisor leave the back room and attempt to be of assistance. These rooms were renting out a $199 each. I would think that for that kind of money we would have been offered some kind of solution. What we got instead was that we could share the room, which was not an option, or cancel. We chose to cancel. I would have though customer service would have been a priority, but evidently the manager/supervisors break time was much more important. I will be a cold day in hell before I stay at a Hilton branded hotel/motel anytime in the future. You have lost two customers.
