Tear it down This hotel is honestly an embarrassment to the city of Atlanta. Either upgrade the place, or tear it down. Also, during the late night hours, it would be nice to have someone on duty who is about customer service and not about being in their phones while helping customers

Do not stay in this hotel! Cash stolen! Cash stolen and no action from hotel management! We requested for a new towel at the front desk and specified that upon our return we will get the towels from them. We even placed the do not disturb sign on our hotel room door when we left. When my husband and I returned, we were surprised to see that the towels were already on top of our bed. We thought what a good customer service! We then planned to buy our dinner and when I checked my wallet to give to my husband the cash. $300 cash from my wallet was gone! We reported this incident from the hotel management and filed a complaint and they said that they will do something about this. However, it has been 2 weeks now and didn’t hear back from the hotel management! Andrin from Tokyo, Japan

Worst hotel experience This was my worst hotel experience so far. The hotel is totally unkept and just plain filthy from the grounds to hallways and public area. No amenities at all except one small soap for 2 people. Nightly rate $ 163.—?? We might have been the only guests and this morning at check out I was told the property will close tomorrow I had booked the room through booking.com

Hotel is closing They are closing Saturday for renovations, but don’t say this on their website. They didn’t have my reservation, yet I booked on the actual website for the hotel. All amenities are closed. They tell you it’s valet / $30 required, but there isn’t. You park yourself in an underground garage that is so small I couldn’t get out without hitting a pole. THEY LOCK THE GARAGE SO YOU CANNOT GET TO YOUR CAR OR GET OUT. They will tell you 24 hour check in, but there is no staff from 11p-7a. Just 1 security guard. A man showed up for his reservation and the security guard wouldn’t check him in and he had to sleep on a couch in their courtyard. I was charged more than I was told, it was so terrible. No food, no bar, no WiFi. They had a keurig and 2 pods in my room. NO COFFEE CUPS. This hotel is literal trash. It may have been nice with the amenities (it’s super cute!!!) but it’s complete bait and switch. The water doesn’t get hot, they don’t give you sheets for the pull out bed. No one is there past bedtime for you to get assistance. They even left early and we couldn’t get back in the hotel (walked back from a concert) until my son found a security guard. Then since we couldn’t get to our car, we spent over $100 to grub hub food and phone chargers.

Conveniently located… and that’s about it $20 to park but the additional $80 isn’t explained. Three flushes to finally work. Noisy AC system all night off and on. Lumpy bed. Some lamps worked. Smelled like smoke. Internet was not working. Not worth a $250 stay per night once you add up all the fees etc. I’m sure Motel 6 has higher quality.
