Wonderful hotel! This hotel is clean, modern and updated. Great location and friendly staff. Don’t listen to previous reviews that are upset because they weren’t praised for their “status level”. You won’t be disappointed with this hotel! Breakfast is delicious.

Just skip it! As we follow the directions on Apple Maps (which stated this facility was “Temporarily Closed”) we come to the back side of the Conference Center and it’s surrounded by chain link fence and tagged with graffiti. Not the best start. It looks closed, so we make the block, the front entrance still looks closed, with blocked doors and no valet or attendants outside. The lobby looked updated, and we checked in no problem. The gent at reception didn’t acknowledge my Titanium Status or offer any benefits. My room was the only positive experience, as I was on the 8th floor. The carpeting on floors is still very dated, but my room was nicely renovated, and clean. The pool was green, the hot tub was empty and moldy, the gym was well stocked with equipment but the treadmills were old and buttons didn’t work. Plus no A/C in the gym. Breakfast was ok, only one server for the entire dining room. I’d just skip this hotel, and our company has put it on the NO list.

Donna A We decided to come down for a family getaway since my husband’s sister lives in the Atlanta area now. We chose this hotel. We have always loved staying at the Marriott hotels. This one changed that. First of all the parking garage was $28 per day to park. That’s only if you don’t move it. If you move your vehicle you have to pull another ticket to get in and it charges another $28. Ridiculous!! After all of that drama we then find out the hotel will slow you to pay through them and it’s $25 per day and you go as much as you like. How about explaining this stuff! Next I watched the security guy out front work deals with people to park out front. I get to my room and it smelled horrible. The room had a penny and French fries on the floor. If you vacuum how are these things still on the floor. Someone was playing music loud as hell and all we could smell if we opened the door was someone smoking pot. Then there was a dog barking down the hall and when I go to check out there was a $150 charge on my bill for a dog. What the hell? I’m done with Marriott. They said security said we had a barking dog In our room! I’m done! Wow!

Unimpressed Got in late and wanted room service, of course Covid gives everyone a reason to take away services. Restaurants in the hotel are closed which isn’t mentioned when booking. I could order from the bar, but could not order from my room and pick it up at the bar. I had to wait at the bar. So they are not offering room service because of covid, yet they make me wait for 20 minutes in the bar with 40 other people if I wanted to get takeout. And don’t get me started on the multiple reminders about being good to the environment by re-using towels. They save a ton of $ by pushing this. I wonder how much they would encourage it if it cost them more money. Virtue signaling at it’s best.

DO NOT STAY HERE !! If I could give it a 0 rating I would but don’t let the 1 fool you. This property is an embarrassment to the Marriott brand. Plenty of other places to stay nearby that are cleaner, safer and less expensive. Hotel is old, tired, run down, and in bad need of a complete makeover and it smells of dead fish and cat urine. The room was ok but I didn’t feel it had really been cleaned very well. The parking fee is exorbitantly overpriced for self parking in a sketchy garage across the street. The lobby bar, although they tell you it’s open until 11 PM, it really isn’t at all because there is no one working in the bar to get you a drink. Save yourself from a bad travel experience and go elsewhere. You’ll be glad you did!
