Fair Hair on towels and pillows. Not cool. Need to take more time. Take your own towels. After being out on a business trip all day. No body wants to get back to their room to find hair in the blanket and towel. Hardly vacuum the carpets too used to be a much better experience

Rude & Nasty, As Was The Room We reserved 9 mos in advance. Upon arriving after published checkin time (3pm) we were told our room was not ready. Came back an hour later. Our room still not ready. “Ooops, looks like we’re overbooked”. Finally we were put in a room that was smaller than we booked. The keys didn’t work first time around. There was a used Qtip on the bathroom floor _. Front desk was advised- total disinterest. We WERE offered a complimentary breakfast for our trouble. As if we would eat in a place that has such lousy housekeeping in the public areas. I can’t imagine what private areas are like. There was no customer support from the hotel. You’ve been warned.

Only a 3 star hotel Hotel is in need of TLC. Furniture in room worn and dirty. Front desk help not aware of hotel details. For example: didn't know which rooms faced the stadium. Restaurant menu limited, heck they didn't even have soup. Had a power problem in the room, circuit breaker popping for no reason. When I asked about compensation for inconvenience, was given free parking. I would have rather received a discount off of room and points. This hotel is on same property as the baseball stadium. They can charge such high fees, without taking care of the hotel itself, because they're selling to the baseball fans convenience.

AC not working on 95F day, my compensation for this - free parking! With taxes and fees, we paid $390 or one night. The hotel met expectations in terms of walking distance to Truist park. We checked in, dropped our bags into the room and went to the battery. When we got back to room at 10:45, the AC was not working. It was too late to call someone. We had to sleep above the sheets. Started sweating "after" showering the next morning, etc. I went to talk to people at check-in desk. Waited over 30 minutes to talk to someone who could address the situation. They decided to take off the parking fee ($30). That was our compensation. At a minimum, I think we should have been given a voucher for a future stay. Summary: location great, room great but the response to what I consider to be a very significant issue when the high temperature that day was 95F was less than professional.

Worn Down Ghetto Worn Down. Just an extension of Atlanta's ghetto. Folks. They moved the Braves stadium as far north as the could for a reason. The area has just become an extension of Atlanta's ghetto, unfortunately. The hotel is within a couple of blocks of Braves stadium. And because of the demand for a hotel within walking distance to the stadium, they do not keep it up. Water stains throughout the interior of the rooms and trickling down the hallways. We had unremovable candy glued to our tv stand. Peeling "popcorn" ceiling near the bathroom. Pealing wallpaper all throughout the room. The hotel breakfast is 20 dollars--and they'd like a tip for being rude at for serving yourself slop in from their buffet. The staff did not acknowledge us at check-in. I don't know what else to say about the hotel itself--aside from what you find outside. Outside of the hotel, undesirables are lingering. Homeless. Beggars. Drunks. If you can drive in for a game or concert, do so.
