Good value, comfortable but nothing special. The hotel was very clean, everything worked, and everything was beige. So very corporate and not very personal. There is a small bar and restaurant adjacent to the lobby. This is good, in my opinion. Out of convenience I dined there, and the food was pretty average. The only really downside of the experience, was a couple of guests that was very very loudly arguing or fighting between about 3 AM to 5 AM in the corridor to my room. I think they will tell should’ve been quicker to calm them down, or have the police do the same thing.

Would never come back Reserved connecting rooms only to find the doors drilled shut. Not acceptable when staying with kids. Very stained mattress on the pull out couch in replacement room. Staff handed us sheets to make the bed ourselves and never came back with pillows, despite us asking for them. Charged twice for valet, so I had to work with front desk to get it removed even though it should not have happened to begin with. If you are going to charge $45 for valet, they better come with the quickness. It took 20+ min every time for us to get our car, one time it took just over 30 minutes and I was consequently late for an appointment.

WATCH OUT FOR THE EMPLOYEES They broke into our room while we were out for my girlfriend’s birthday!! They stole bags, jewelry, shoes, hats, etc. Then wrote a false incident report and tried to get rid of it. SMH That is the worst hotel to stay at!! Watch out for the employees!!!

Should have stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites I have previously stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites around the corner from this hotel. I booked this through Delta Vacations and I think I got confused and thought this was the Hampton Inn and Suites. I wish it had been. This is a subpar hotel in many ways. I booked a king corner room for an increased cost. The room is weirdly shaped. with one small window in the corner. The room has peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, and the TV had limited channels available. The bed was comfortable and there were enough power plugs. The furniture seems updated, just in weird positioning. The coffee maker was broken, the toilet handle got stuck and the tub wouldn't drain properly. I reported these 3 things to the front desk. When I got back to the room later a new coffee maker was left on the counter, with the old one still sitting there, the toilet handle wasn't addressed, and the "solution" to the slow draining bathtub was to take the stopper out. When I went to the desk to ask about the coffee maker just left on the counter, they said they would send someone up. A very nice man came up and was able to fix the broken coffee maker and took away the one left on the counter. The common areas were nice, except the work out room. The air vents in the ceiling are in desperate need of cleaning. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming. Valet is $45 which is way expensive. (Courtyard across the street is $40.) I self parked at $24 per day, but that doesn't include in and out, so one day cost me $42 because I went in and out. While not a horrible experience, the experience at the Hampton Inn and Suites is usually nicer with nicer and has newer rooms. If you can, stay there instead. I will be.

Not a good stay There are 2 sides to this review: The rooms and the common areas. The rating provided balances the two experiences because they are different. Starting with the not so great: The rooms. Probably the most uncomfortable rooms I've occupied in a long time. And this doesn't apply to just one room. I actually asked to be moved and was moved to a different room that was almost as bad as the first and just gave up after that. This was over a 4 day stay. Specifics: • The air conditioning in both rooms felt more like a cold sauna. Neither room I occupied had AC units that sufficiently removed humidity. Don't know if this is an Atlanta thing, but everything felt moist - clothes, bedding, towels, me - when in the room. It was unpleasant. • Both rooms smelled musty • Both rooms had leaking showing plumbing of some kind. Drip, drip, drip, drip.... • Both rooms had varying levels of requiring maintenance aside from the plumbing: the toilet wasn't fully anchored to the floor, mold on the ceiling in the showing. The ok: the common areas. I was attending a multi-day event and spent time in their meeting rooms. These are in good shape and I felt like staff did a good job. In particular the front desk person that helped with my room was great and the bartender helping our networking event was awesome. There were two parts that weren't very good. The first one could just be a "me" thing - but when I checked in for my stay very late at night (after midnight) the front desk person helping me was actually watching some type of video on their phone, with an airpod in their ear, while helping me. It's fair to say I didn't feel I got 100% attention at that time. The second thing was breakfast. Our group was asked to pay $19.99 PER DAY for a breakfast "buffet" that at many other places I've stayed (Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Marriott) has been complimentary. I felt that it was ridiculous to pay $20 for pre-made/re-heated 'omelets', cold cereal, and a do-it-yourself waffle iron. They did have the most robust coffee condiment selection (milk alternatives) I've ever seen at a hotel, but it wasn't enough to make up for the rest. Ultimately, while the staff was mostly good, the condition of the rooms to me did not warrant the Hilton brand label - any of them - and would never stay at this property in the future nor recommend it.
