Service 10. Location 10, Accommodations 0 hotel overall FLOP This customer service is without question; welcomed by Peta, Kali attempted to correct our mattress that felt like it had a hole in it by offering an additional mattress pad and John at checkout was the icing on the cake. Hotel in need of renovation. Cleaning ladies should be counseled about cleaning and respecting guests personal property.

Family reunion stay PAOLA Jamal, John, Marcus, PETA, and the entire staff were excellent heartwarming friendly provided great service. We would definitely recommend this location everyone traveling from the DMV. We would stay at this location across from Centennial Park again.

Great Place to Stay!! We had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites for our Davis Family Reunion, and let me tell you...the staff were absolutely amazing! From the moment we entered the building, the staff were pleasant, polite, professional, and friendly. Whenever we needed assistance, they were there to resolve any issues promptly. We had over 60 family members attend the reunion, and every single one of them was pleased and satisfied with their experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton. I would like to give a big shout-out to the front desk staff: John, Crystal, Palao, and Peta—you all rock! Also, a big shout-out to the bellman, Jamarey, who was both professional and pleasant while assisting us with the loading and unloading of our luggage. I highly recommend Embassy Suites to our friends and family.

Great Hotel! We were up graded to the Presidential Suite and this room and hotel is everything and then some. I thank Jamal for everything❤️❤️❤️ God was great, staff was great, clean room and great scenery. Walking distance within a lot of places. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Missy John at the front desk was amazing! From checkon. He made sure everything was taken care of. He assured the room would be on point with a nice view. To top it off, we did get see him again at checkout. Again he was such a pleasure. He is great at his job and I would want to see him every time! He's a asset to the company!
