5 star service from 5 star staff The Embassy Suites Buckhead is highly recommended. The staff is upmost professional (special shout-out to Jay in valet for his 5-star professionalism), the amenities are grade A , the location is ideal and there’s a Ruth Chris’ onsite. This hotel is excellent for families and/or large groups, business or casual. We’ll definitely book this location if in Atlanta again.

Embassy Suites Buckhead I would like to personally commend JAY for making my stay at Embassy Suites start off so pleasant! Christina was also amazing and SUPER HELPFUL!! They both were so welcoming and overextended themselves to make sure I was good while staying there. Jay assisted with my bags as soon as I walked in and Christina was a lifesaver as I had no clue the incidental fee would be high as it was. I would stay here again and again as long as I know they’re working __

Best valet in town Jay was a great valet thank you for his great service! He definitely went above and beyond and I really liked it. I was servicing the hotel cell site. The hotel staff was also very friendly and supportive . The maintenance team, front desk and engineering

Jay - Valet Service I work with Amazon, and this location is a pretty frequent stop of mine. The valet has always been helpful to guiding me to what best suits me, especially Jay. As I observe his work ethic, I always notice that he’s very helpful and greets every potential customer with a smile on his face and open arms to assist with any questions need be.
