Indifferent staff and rooms that smell like bug spray I arrived on a corporate rate booked through my corporate booking portal using my corporate card. I presented ID and my virtual (ApplePay) corporate card on arrival. The hotel only accepts physical cards and refused to charge the room to the card I used to book the reservation, even after providing a personal card for incidentals and escalating to a manager. The hotel itself was nothing special and my room smelled of bug killer. This is not the experience I would have expected at the Four Seasons.

Do not stay at the Four Seasons Atlanta unless you are seeking a 2 to 3 star experience. The Atlanta Four Seasons continues to be one of the worst in the entire chain. Using the words "luxury" for this property is a total joke. The staff is unprofessional and the hotel is dirty and run down. I was there this past weekend and the hotel clearly has a roach problem -- totally unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

Great Property, Great Location, Staff is the BEST Stayed at this Four Seasons for the first time while attending a NFL game in Atlanta. Have been to many of their other properties. this one did not disappoint. Staff is exactly on point and delivers impeccable service. Met the General Manager, Matt, and complimented him on the entire team. had a great experience in Bar Margot as well. great service, very knowledgeable staff and what a cocktail menu!!!! food was fresh and delicious!! had the Georgia greens salad with salmon and some oysters to start. Love the location and feel of this property - will definitely return when in ATL again. thanks to Matt and the entire FS team!!!

Most unpleasant/traumatic experience i've had travelling for business in 12+ years. Most unpleasant/traumatic experience i've had travelling for business in 12+ years. 1/ Got a lot of cash stolen from the locked suitcase with a combination lock. Head of Security's investigation did not show any evidence of theft, while they confirmed the only visitor to the room during that time was a housekeepr. 2/ Witnessed a very disturbing scene outside of the hotel, with authority cars dealing with one guest's anti-social behaviour outside the hotel, who looked like they'd abused some prohibited substance 3/ Got double-charged for breakfast which was already included in the room rate 4/ Fire alarm went off on one of the floors with guests being concerned about being evacuated 5/ Shower gel bottle did not work and was not replaced until i had to ask. Iron did not work, so had to ask for it to be replaced too. And this is all in 4 days. No apologies or compensation were given.

Modern Hotel With Traditional Service An excellent weekend stay. Extremely friendly staff throughout who were always welcoming and courteous from arrival to departure and throughout the hotel from reception, concierge and bedroom staff
