Great Hotel when construction is done We were in Georgia to go check out Georgia Tech College. It is walking distance to the college and the neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is under construction and the web sight does not represent that. The entire lobby on the first flood is under construction, you had to go to the second floor to check in. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms felt like is was recently remolded, spacious, clean and everything you need. When I booked the room I was under the impression that it included breakfast. It does not, they have a breakfast buffet for $15 per person. That was disappointing, I wish they offered a continental breakfast.

Clean but no friendly hospitality When I pulled up everything looked great wasn't quite sure how the parking works so I went inside to check in first. I was not greeted With the friendly greeting, the people ahead of me got. Lol I proceeded to Check-in and as I was about to walk away, I asked how the parking went.He then said you didn't grab a ticket? Excuse me? Apparently you have to grab a ticket then bring it into them and let them know.I don't appreciate the way they told me Like I was a child and was supposed to read the mind of the Front desk. Person. I think that they need better signage with that. When I get to my room there's earplugs on the table with the little sign saying we're a city that never sleeps.Hope this helps. I really wish I would have known that. The washing machine Smell like mildew. And the dryer didn't even work.I was on four 3 I swear they have Their own personal drag race strip in front of their hotel. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was pretty clean.Minus a couple hairs in my Tub easy clean. The bed Was comfy. Oh, and every time I came back into the hotel. The front desk never seemed to say hello even when nobody else was there. Definitely not a four star hotel. pick a different hotel that hopefully the staff will be friendlier.

Fantastic for Families We came to Atlanta for a family getaway with our 1 year old. I chose this hotel based on reviews and I’m glad I did! The hotel is very spacious, clean, and had spectacular customer service. Very Disney feeling from all staff - in a good way. Carrington, in particular, took great care of us! The area was super convenient and safe feeling. Lots of students and campus police. The loading dock was covered and large, which was great for a toddler. The rooms were big, clean, and worked great for our family. It only took about 15 min to get places like the zoo or Ponce city market, botanical gardens, etc. so we could come back for his naps. The buffet is good, but don’t replace a restaurant for this unless you just NEED to for timing. My only complaint is there is major construction going on by the hotel. I didn’t see any reviews that mentioned it. They put earplugs by the bed - LOL - but not going to help. Honestly, I wouldn’t care since we were getting up around 8-830 each day. But on the first morning ONE guy was out there, jack hammering at 730 am. The next few days they had more people, but started a little later. The hotel can’t help this, but it’s just a block of dirt and it’s going to be a large building, so I think this will Plague them awhile. I’d stay here again though!

2 night stay We came for 2 nights, liked the hotel. We were able to check in a few hours early. Reception was friendly. Water daily. WiFi was good. Shower pressure was good. Bed comfy. Parking was $21 daily in n out privileges. Parking lot attendant was rude when we needed assistance one night. Nice area around hotel.
