Wonderful location & stay The room & lobby was very comfortable. Staff especially housekeeping and the bar area was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Great Hyatt hotel, great location in heart of Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta Great hotel, great location, great rooms, and solid gym. Excellent choice for business trips to the Buckhead and downtown neighborhoods of Atlanta.

Favorite Hotel in Atlanta Grand Hyatt Atlanta In Buckhead Atlanta Favorite Place to Stay in Atlanta A gorgeous hotel with a Japanese garden, in the heart of Buckhead and near Lenox Mall. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the pancakes at breakfast are a reason to stay there alone! The decor is very beautiful, as well.

Breakdown in basic operations The hotel has several breakdown in basic operations. After 4 requests over 6 hours to have our room serviced by housekeeping, no one came even after repeated assurances by the front desk that they are coming. With our dinner reservations coming up inless than 30 mins, I asked for just some towels and that took 2 requests including waiting at the front desk for them to deliver them. And Even then the response of the front desk manager was that she could not do anything to fix our issues as she had not influence over whether house keeping did their job and I would need to speak with the ops manager to make that happen. Why this is the case and she has no power, nor why she didn't get the ops manager involved after the 3rd failure let alone the 6th I don't know but would seem like the logical thing to do. Additionally the AC was not working and we ended up having to sleep on top of the sheets to get any comfort. I stay at hyatts 125 nights a year. I am a lifetime globalist. This is the worst hyatt i have ever stayed at. Hands down. Please do not stay here

Wonderful property About 10-15 mins walking to the Lenox Square. Good size of room and bathroom. Breakfast is average, and simple bar menu for all day long, not having a good dinner restaurant. But there are many good restaurants nearby. Although, be careful when you call the hotel number, it will be picked up by a robot but they don't tell you it is a virtual machine.
