Wonderful trip We stayed at the garden Inn for a birthday trip for our daughter and Sia and his team went above and beyond to make our trip special. He, Octavia and Marline surprised us with a special treat in our room for our daughter's birthday. We've stayed here multiple times and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and its team. The security team, valets and housekeeping are all great.

Another man’s trash is another man’s treasure but it’s really trash and not treasure. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Staff at the front desk was the terrible. Very immature and most had attitudes. Don’t come here if you want good service. No idea how this place is still running with the people in the front. After a long day people would want quality service. Hilton you have failed.

enjoy your stay (and say hi to Siabhan!) The hotel is located next door to the aquarium and across the street from Centennial Park. I had a parking issue and that is what I would like to address in this review. Siobhan Sims the front office manager was the person that helped me. She could not have been nicer! She was professional, upbeat, and knowledgeable. She never made me feel stupid for not understanding Atlanta parking. Kudos to her and the company that employees her. I have had to hire many people in my lifetime, and one fact rings true. You hire the personality. She has the type of skills that cannot be taught.

Phenomenal Guest Experience Amazing staff, from check-in to housekeeping and everyone in between. Norman was phenomenonal and not only answer all of our questions but provided much needed recommendations for restaurants. The hotel is amazing. The restaurants on site plus the surrounding restaurants in the neighborhood are a go to experience. I will definitely becoming back and bringing my family for a trip. I appreciate a hotel that treats you not just like a guess, but like family. Thank you.

Wonderful, and really enjoy the stay in Atlanta. Definitely to choose again for the next visit Your staffs are wonderful especially the receptionist Sandy and a wonderful security guard Isaac who help us a lot in checkin and also all every morning make a wonderful coffee. I am really appreciate for all the tips which your staffs provide day by day. We are really thank for choosing your hotel for our first business trip in Atlanta. Many thanks as always.
