NACV Did not like the property at all. No propper restaurant even for breakfast. Not so worthy to stay or for prices. No arrangements for self laundry for clothes. Very expensive as compared to service offered...,...................

False advertising There is not a local shuttle. There is not a restaurant. There is not a gift shop. There is not a bar/lounge. They do not answer the telephone. They do not care. And the front desk personnel are offended if you ask ‘why not’? And the rooms really show their age. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY.

Location is best part This hotel probably used to be great but it's extremely outdated and in poor repair. Paint peeling from the ceiling, mildew-smell in the main hallway of the first floor, minimal security (doors with swipe card entry not requiring swipe - open without the card at any time of day), a gate to the parking lot with no working swipe entry (so you honk your horn a bunch until someone at the desk opens it for you)... Coupled with the sound of the Fast and Furious race cars on the street next door every night.... And only 1 elevator worked in the whole building. Pros: It was cheap but very conveniently located to all the Atlanta sights, less than 10 min really and off the main highways. Wouldn't stay again.

Condemn a pond arriving I noticed broken post by the unmanned guard shack. The plants where the fountain is are dead or over grown. The gate to the parking does not work. You have to get out your car, go to the front and ask t deal and ring the bell. The parking lot lights do not work, pot holes with cones Sitting in them. The elevator is busted, floor warped, with chunks missing. You need to press the button on both side to make the elevator open. There are burn marks on the floor, walls and in the room. The pool dirty, unkept, roaches.. lots of roaches. There a restaurant (never open) black mold room 1827 and water damage. The heat and water pressure is questionable. Old wall paper, you have to ask for towel, toilet paper and for your room to be cleaned. Funny smell like sitting water coming from bathroom room 825) thin walls. You can hear everything. Trash under bed. Asked several times for room to be cleaned, under the beds is a nightmare. Lots of broke or damaged items from, central air, to lamps. you can hear the traffic all hours. Lots of police action. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere clean..

Do not stay here Do your self a favor and book somewhere. This place is disgusting. This is no exaggeration. You have been warned. The facility is old and smells. There are roaches in the room so I suggest you do not bring food into the rooms. I stayed here for four nights and by day two was wishing I was home. Out of the entire time I stayed there housekeeping only cleaned the room once. This was after several complaints and phone calls to the front desk. They kept assuring me they would take care of it and never did. The carpet is disgusting. The bathroom shower has mold growing. Do not waste your money.
