Too big and impersonal! Ideally situated in downtown Atlanta. The rooms are spacious and modern. BUT far too big. The reception staff are lovely, but don’t bother asking the concierge for any help. They were lovely, but totally lacking in knowledge. Had to do a lot of googling to find out what to see and how to arrange it. The food in the hotel is ridiculously expensive. $30 for one breakfast!!

Great stay, location & views!! Always enjoy staying at the Hyatt Regency. I never have stayed at the one in Atlanta but I was traveling last minute for the peach bowl game. The Hyatt was extremely clean & very efficient location.I had a beautiful city view when I stayed up on the 22nd floor, the only minor setback though was early check-in that never happened. ( very inconvenient) Even though it was prerequested when booked, the location of the hotel is great!! It's in the heart of downtown Atlanta. You can walk to Centennial Olympic park, College Football Hall of fame, amongst other great places, plus bars and restaurants. Everything is accessible & definitely recommend staying here if you are in the downtown Atlanta area.

Anniversary trip Besides the room smelling smoky and we are non smokers, and the disappointment with food quality and taste at the breakfast buffet at Sway on New years day, not to mention my meds and special honey that I left on the table. My husband and I were just seated, we requested water for tea and water for my medications, we went to get something to start with because I need to have something on my stomach for my meds and returned to see everything gone. Spoke with the person in charge he only confirmed it was discarded and that's it, no concern or attempt to see what could be done.The Polaris and the other restaurants amazing along with everything else

Very good location next to Peachtree Center station Company organised a event at Hyatt hotel Atlanta. I stayed in a standard twin bed room. Hotel is modern. Room space is large enough, and all amenities are provided. A huge 65” TV provided. Numbers of electric and USB plugs provided. Maybe the working desk (or bench) is not wide enough. And not sure why the bottle of water is complimentary to their elite member. :( I also tried their gym which is very ok What I like most is the location of hotel is just next block of Peachtree Center station. I landed Atlanta airport at 10:30pm; and only took 25min to the hotel by metro. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants to select. I also went jogging in Olympic park which around 3 blocks from hotel.

Great 3 Night Stay & Wonderful Staff … Wonderful three night stay in a great downtown location. Fast check in, fast elevators, and a comfortable room (and bed). Good shower, with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Excellent breakfast buffet in the lobby restaurant. Well stocked shop on premises. Nice (really large) lobby. Big shout out to the lobby staff — front desk and concierge/front door folks — all of whom were very customer service oriented, but I wanted to specifically say a big “thanks” to Greg (see photo). Greg repeatedly, and cheerfully, answered my questions regarding places to eat, places to visit, directions, and generally enhanced my 3 day/3night stay. I travel 30+ days/nights or so each year. Greg will be someone I remember and one of the reasons I will stay at this property again, next time I am in Atlanta. Nicely done Hyatt! A very satisfied Hyatt Globalist.
