5 Star Hotel Stay in Buckhead! 5 star stay in Buckhead! The entire experience was first class. The front desk staff were very friendly, the bar scene was vibrant—and the live music (Melissa (?)) was GREAT! Also, Jermaine, our valet, was especially accommodating with our arrival and arranging transportation to dinner. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Can’t wait for my next visit! Extremely pleased with the level of service and genuine kindness of the staff at this location. Here for a business trip and instantly felt comfortable when we arrived at the lobby. A personal thanks to Jermaine for the excellent food recommendations!

Best hotel in the area Amazing service, awesome hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially Romano and Johnathan. From the minute we arrived, they were friendly, courteous and all around delightful. The hotel was lovely and the host at the bar, Margaret was very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful 5 stars! Jermaine was an excellent team member that provided superior guest experience. He meet us promptly at the front door introduced himself confidently, filled our valet ticket, packed our luggage carefully and thoughtfully. He quickly brought our luggage to the room. He positioned the luggage logically in the room and made sure we were comfortable and had the perfect balance of both personal and professional. Jermaine was a rock star! Also the front desk was incredible and made us feel very welcomed and special. They went way above and beyond and greeted our children with toys,smiles, and kindness. Lastly it was my parents 50th anniversary and they made them feel extra special by ensuring an extra smooth check in and sent compliments to their room.

The First Stay The room was more than expected, it seems no expense was spared. The hotel staff were totally dedicated to the upmost professionalism.my guy Romano, was excellent, he took great care of my transportation coverage. The front desk staff are super great. Very polite and supportive. The bar personnel provided very nice hospitality, with great suggestions for beverages and food. And lastly, the room staff, keep my space in pristine condition, thank you Waldorf.
