There are way better places to stay in Atlanta. Our room smelled like a wet dog. After speaking with 4 people they moved our room at 1230 after our concert. Overall our experience was very poor, especially the customer service and the way it was handled. After we spoke to them prior to our concert and they stated it would be fixed and they would call or text while we were away. Our issue was "fixed" but there was no attempt to clean up the giant water mess all over the carpet. When we got back to the room they did move us and that gentle was great. To resolve the issue the next day the front desk person and supervisor didn't care and both were rude

Don’t eat the Buffet!!!! Hotel was nice, room good, staff very good. However breakfast buffet was horrible. I paid $31 for food that was not fresh, barely edible and cold. Absolutely unacceptable. Bacon, eggs, sausage were cold and inedible. Fruit was barely edible and for all this I had to pay $31!!!

Excellent Experience at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Square Our room was ready when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay so very much. The room was excellent, the sports bar outdoors was excellent and we had a great time. The hotel had convenient access to the State Farm Arena for our concert. Our entire experience was great.

Saturday night stay for a concert - mostly positive stay Stayed at this location due to proximity to State Farm Arena for a concert. Wonderful choice as its adjoining and for entry can access from CNN place though not on return. Room was an executive corner overlooking centennial park and was well appointed and very enjoyable ( we reserved it, not an upgrade). Only room downside was the lack of hand soap requiring instead use of small body wash tube which limited amount available for morning shower. Check in was fine and valet was surprisingly prompt despite peak volume at check out - kudos to them. Staff was helpful particularly the lady at the concierge who walked with us on her way out to make sure we found our way through the CNN center to the arena entry. Snack shop stayed open late allowing for beverages to be purchased after concert - very convenient. Not so great, not allowing guests to use the stairs upon return. We were on the 7th floor and could easily walk from 4th floor lobby to room but was blocked by staffed and sent to work through a 15 minute line to wait for elevators. Sports Bar food was below average; Potato skins are not skins' just thick fries with thousand island dressing on them, Wings were ok but could not get any extra blue cheese dressing, Turkey club was instead a sad turkey sandwich on white bread. Creme Brule was a peanut butter cheesecake that they stated was creme Brule flavored, it was not. Beer was warm. Fumbled application of loyalty member free drink. Overall - location hard to think of a better one in downtown Atlanta. Service staff friendly and helpful. Coordination of large flow of guests after a concert could have been better. Eat elsewhere.
