Nasty workers that needs to be fired they got dangerous people there really needs to work on customer service It was very nasty the customer service rude you got dealers running in and out you got workers doing drugs and buying them while on the clock .You even have one worker sleeping with guest the rooms doesn’t look how it was on the website.its a gay hotel I think they need to close this hotel down because this is outrageous I came here on a business trip and I didn’t like it everyone at the front desk rude

Mold/Discovering mold. Was here for a stay of 2 days and the customer service was great but within being there for a day I was feeling a bit lightheaded my nose was feeling irritated. I start to tell my significant other that I believe it's mold in the room somewhere. So for the rest of the day couldn't find nothing but I didn't give up I grab my flashlight the next day and got to work and sure enough I found mold it's sad I had my family at risk definitely not staying in the future and would not recommend.

They will pocket your deposit. DONT STAY HERE!! I stayed here at december 18, and they havent return my 100$ deposit. I know It's usually 50$ but I paid for another room so I had to double it. They will say It takes 7~14 business day till refund but do not buy it! It's 38 days passed after I checked out!! And they egnore all the messege I sent. What kind of hotel runed by bunch of thieves? It's very dishonest and terrouble way to run a business. If you have a weird kink for losing your own money, wanting to keep asking when they will return my money for 38DAYS then this hotel is for you. And so many other reviews also indicate that they pocketed customers deposit very often. Terrobule hotel. Do not stay here.

Terrible Red Roof Experience Me and my swim team stayed at this Red Roof and it was a terrible experience. They asked for a refundable $50 security deposit, and they did not refund it to us. We were told it would be refunded later that day, but two months later still no refund. The rooms were mediocre at best, and are not cleaned or maintained in-between stays. Shower was run down and dirty. I would totally not recommend! 0 Stars!

Updates in process Ask for the updated rooms otherwise you'll get the ones that haven't been renovated. Police circle around the hotel for suspicious activities as well as maintaining safety. A lot of car cruising around.
