A nice place to stay We stayed here in a 2 bedroom loft space with a kitchen. This had a full stove/oven (some places only have burners). It was just as pictured, clean, stocked with everything needed. There is a schedule for maid services - cleaning days and then trash/towel days. We were in the back of the property so it was quiet. The property is older but well maintained, and very clean. Staff was very helpful and the location is great. Its a nice place to stay. No negatives, everything was opened and worked, all areas of property were kept and clean. It is not as polished/refined as a more touristy location so if thats your thing, know it ahead of time. The property is set up like condos, you are not connected to the main building. There is a parking fee we were made aware at booking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Clean Room & Pleasant Atmosphere I actually stayed in March, not February. The room and grounds were clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Andy was upbeat at check in and when I needed him to address a noise complaint. He was quick to point me in several different directions for places to eat that ranged in price. The reason for the loss of 2 stars comes down to the $12.50 daily parking charge. I stayed two days and got charged $25... When I asked for them to be removed, the manager stated that it was a valid charge because there were small signs posted at the counter. However, the signs are not located where a customer would stand while checking in/out and there was no mention of it at check in or out. He agreed to remove one charge but I think that it is a sneaky way to get extra money from a patron.

Proton Therapy for Wife The people here can’t smell, really they’re smoking Blunts in the rooms and on the property! People arguing outside at 4:00 am, people smoking dope, employees that don’t care! Why? Whoever runs this place needs to hire guards to patrol the buildings and kick people out! Fire every maid that can’t tell when they smell dope!

Best staff ever I stayed at the residence inn buckhead to visit an ailing family member of mine. During that time the manager jomandi Jolani made sure to contact me via email and express her condolences. At one point of the day I was leaving the hotel and left my headphones at the desk and the lady at the desk named donisha who kept them for me, I ended up forgetting them but I was able to call and schedule them to be sent to me. If you are looking for a clean, professional and welcoming place to stay look no further at this quiet residence inn located in buckhead Atlanta.

Positive interaction I really enjoyed the first interaction I had with the front desk agent. Donieshia was really upbeat even at 10pm she was accommodating and reassured me when I raised questions about atlanta's recent car theft she placed me in a beautiful room and gave me a quick overview of the hotel I will definitely return to this beautifully renovated property thanks again!
