We only stayed 1 nigh Smelled like weed. The pool was took in over buy some people. The room floor was curry stained. Parking was 35$. In a Sheraton there was no room service. The room phone didn’t work. I could have stayed at red roof inn for this. Save your money and go to the airport.

Great! Very nice hotel from the start. Ashley helped us get checked in promptly and efficiently, which ensured my friends and I made it to our event on time. I was extremely grateful for that! The room was nice and comfortable and exactly what my party and I needed. Good parking and in a good are of town. Will definitely stay at again if I come back to Atlanta!

Decent If I had to sum up the hotel in a word. ..decent The room was...decent if a little small. The bathroom was...decent but very small. Toiletries were...decent but very small. The door that lead to the balcony did not latch which was a little unnerving. We had to make sure the door stayed closed using the deadbolt. The room was styled like the 70s are coming back. The walls are also extremely thin. I'm not sure what the marijuana laws are in Georgia but it seemed to be very relaxed at the hotel as I smelled marijuana every time I got into the elevator. The staff were VERY nice and accommodating and did their best to make our visit comfortable. It IS less than a mile from the World of Coca Cola. The Skyview ferris wheel, the Aquarium and the Civil rights museum. So definitely pros and cons but like I said...decent.

Birthday Trip The customer service Jamila bulle provided was amazing. She took care of me and my guest. She shared information about things near by and she did it with a smile. I was waiting for the other survey to come in so she fill it out so she could be rewarded. But it never came. The only down side about this hotel is the rooms are embarrassing out dated. We got to the rooms and my friends are looking at me crazy like where did I brag them and we paid all this money and I’m like ummmmmmmm. So please update the rooms. The countertops in the bathroom have water damage. The carpet gives me old people house vibes and nothing about the rooms say updated and contemporary. Just to be clear, Jamila deserves 10 out of 10 stars. The property deserves 3 out of 10. I would only stay here in the future in its current state if it’s a must.

AWESOME FRONT DESK I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Ashley seemed as if she had just seen her favorite family member. Check in was a breeze. She made me really feel special. She has gone above and beyond when I forgot something to help me rectify the situation
