Best place to stay in Atlanta I had the pleasure of staying here for a long weekend. I chose the Eves room which is the smaller room in the top of the house. The house was extremely clean which is always my top priority when traveling. It is also very well decorated and absolutely beautiful. The bed was very comfortable as well. The innkeepers are top notch in hospitality. Upon arrival there were decadent homemade treats waiting in the room and jazz playing on the television. Daily homemade treats were served in the afternoon and they were some of the best desserts I've ever had. Breakfast each day was outstanding, Grace really knows here way around the kitchen. John was on the property most of the time. He is extremely kind and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable; he's also a pleasure to talk to. The other team members at the inn were all extremely friendly and courteous. This inn exceeded my expectations in every way and I can't wait to go back and stay again!!

Absolutely the Best! Our stay at Stonehurst Place was enhanced by the warm welcome from Grace and John. The house is beautiful and every nook has interesting artifacts. Our stay in the Master Suite was just perfect. Breakfasts were scrumptious.The location was ideal. We'll be back.

Southern hospitality at its best. What a gem! My husband and I stayed in the Farnsworth room; just lovely. The house overall was a beauty, incredible furnishings, comfortable back porch and nicely landscaped gardens. John and Grace went out of their way to make sure our stay was both comfortable and memorable. Close to both the Botanical Gardens and the High Museum, within walking distance of many restaurants. We will be back, without a doubt.

Fabulous Stay! This was far and away the most lovely B&B we have ever stayed in. We were in the Hinman Suite which was beautifully appointed with a gorgeous four poster bed, a fireplace, and an amazing bathroom with an enormous shower. It was like being in a spa- down to the extremely high-end Dyson hairdryer! John and Grace were incredibly lovely hosts- engaging but not hovering and Grace's gourmet breakfasts and snacks were fantastic. Everything about this place was tasteful and inviting. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great First Visit to a Wonderful B&B My wife and I stayed in the Hinman Suite this past weekend for our 23rd wedding anniversary. We live jusgt north of Atlanta, and decided to take a night away from home. From the time we arrived until the time we left the next morning, the service was top notch. I can't say enough about how friendly John and Grace were. John was waiting for us when we arrived and promptly showed us to the Hinman Suite, which was fabulous. The room was spacious and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The shower was the largest one I have ever seen, and the whole bathroom was top of the line. Breakfast the next morning was some of the best breakfast food we have had. Grace took the time to tell us everything we would be having that morning, and was prepared to make something else if anyone had any issues with what was being served. I certainly hope we will be able to stay at Stonehurst again in the future.
