$1k per night + Poor service NO THANKS! I'm disappointed in the service this visit to the Ritz in ATL. We had an early morning flight and I called two days prior to see if I could purchase an early check in and was told they'd make a note. We arrived at 11am and were told that check in was at 3pm but they would try for sooner. We went to our business event, and arrived back to the Ritz to check in at 6pm and the room was still not ready. Very disappointing especially since they knew we were in town and waiting for the room. Then before heading to the airport after checking out we decided to have a drink and some apps in the lobby lounge. We ordered a charcuterie board (which had the poorest presentation I've ever seen. most likely b/c they threw it together b/c the order was not placed in a timely manner and we had to ask twice for it after 30 mins). Then when we went to take a bite, it was very clear by the odor that the Brie cheese was WAY past it's prime. It smelled foul. We sent it back and then were told by the waitress that the chef said we were wrong basically but would we like another one. (Umm, no thanks!). We ordered a pizza which was lovely. When the bill came I was surprised that there was no mention of the issues and no credit or anything. Overall the service we received this visit was very poor. We are in ATL for business 4-5 times a year and will likely book somewhere else moving forward. We live in Naples, Florida and visit the Ritz Carlton here in town frequently. I would suggest sending your employees there for training to see how to represent the Ritz Carlton brand.

Not worth the money Ritz- Carlton is slipping here. I have been all over the world and stayed at some fantastic Ritz Carltons. This is in a slightly run down area of town and not very family friendly. We had our van scratched despite paying $50/day for valet. Items were stolen from our room. The restaurant was not open the entire time we were there. The room itself was extremely humid and difficult to temperature control. It is definitely not worth the cost of staying here. There are multiple better options.

Impeccable Service from Jermaine Jermaine Todd was the most friendly member of staff as he attended to us at the Ritz Carlton, Atlanta. We appreciated his lovely demeanour and hospitality. He is a fabulous asset to the hotel and we hope to see him again on our next visit to Atlanta.

Disappointed We have stayed at this hotel many times as it is the most convenient for attending the Mart. Every time we say the same thing, we want to love it but there is always an issue. We definitely weren’t greeted with a smile or as a returning guest or Gold Bonvoy guest. It all seemed like too much trouble. Valet and bell services were great as always. Rooms are much better now that they have been refurbishment. Club floor is always good and the staff go above and beyond. Unfortunately there was no communication by the front desk that the lounge would close after breakfast on Sunday morning, so we had paid for Club access for one night when the Club wasn’t available. When I queried this with reception they did apply a food and beverage credit but really no apology. Our lunch in AG was another issue as my husband was served a “gluten free” burger bun that wasn’t gluten free, luckily I questioned it before he eat it. I did receive an apology from the Food and beverage Manage. Upon check out when I asked to see the final bill once again I received the same unfriendly attitude from Reception. I did ask to speak to the Hotel Manager and was told he would get back to me in a day or so. When I hadn’t heard anything after 3 days I sent a follow up email and received a call back on Thursday and did receive some points as compensation. As with all my dealings with this hotel I am not sure they are actually listening or dealing with the issues that seem to be a constant problem. Once again we left disappointed and questioning why we continue to stay. I think the main reason is the location next to the America’s Mart and the quality of the staff in the Club Lounge. We left disappointed yet again.

Elegant Love this hotel but I gave this a 4 star not a 5 because the noise level from the street at night was horrible. Racing engines, loud music from cars, yelling in streets, etc. Even though we were on 10th floor it was terrible. The elegance of this hotel is awesome, the staff is wonderful, but for the high price it would have been nice to sleep after a long day.
