Horrible Experience at Caesars - AC I am Diamond Plus.. booked room 3 weeks ago.. Centurion Tower w/Queen beds NON SMOKING.. got there and said since comp room, only smoking available. I will NOT stay in a smoking room.... Put in South Tower Forum with Full Size beds.. My SIL is 6'4, had my 2 grandkids with me as well and there was no table in the room. The shower was disgusting, went down to the beach with family and then left on 08/04 to go home and shower, as would not shower there. I will not be going back to Caesars anytime soon.

resort fee is a money grab The room was very nice but we had problems getting into our room after check-in - the key didn't work. Furthermore, I prepaid my room and then had to pay for a resort fee and parking on top of a very expensive room.

Atlantic City Caesar’s Atlantic City is a disappointment, all hotels including Caesars palace and all merchants and restaurants are money grabbing outlets not like Las Vegas. Nothing is free as a “come on”. Caesars charges a hefty resort fee but that does not include anything but Wi-Fi and workout equipment which is free in each hotel, you pay for a bar chair at the pool and need to reserve it in advance! It is an old hotel. Staff is overworked and nasty, they don’t even look at when you talk to them. Cleaning and house keeping staff does not speak English or they don’t want to. Rooms are half cleaned and electric sweeper is only used as a door stop. They use the used towels as a mop at the end of stick. Rooms are pricy. Enough said. If you have to go stay at the Ocean resort.
