They just don't care. So, the good first: Showers in the Atrium Tower are nice. There is a snack bar near the Atrium Tower that delivers good food, value and service. The resort - well, it is a disgrace. Booked a room at the hotel for a transportation conference. Hotel advertised early and convenient check in for an upgrade fee of $30.00. On check in day they turned off the kiosks resulting in a consistent 45 minute wait to get your key. Wait, there's more :). Just because you had your credit card charged and were handed a plastic key, that doesn't mean you will get in. Had to go the front desk 3 times on check in, and once the following day to have keys that worked. Yep, spent at least 2 hours of my stay dealing with magnetic keys. Housekeeping was non-existent. Ah: Valet Parking. They don't care. Subcontracted out. On checkout day it took 40 minutes to retrieve my car. Wow! Wow. The overall experience at this hotel rates favorably with the Knights Inn, the Eldorado Motor Inn, the Sunset Inn, the Super 8, the Bayview Inn..........get the picture.

Perfect place to stay. As always the stay at Harrah’s is EXCELLENT. The employees here are by far the friendliest group of people you can ever imagine. Helpful beyond compare, from check in, housekeeping , cocktail waitress and dealers everyone is perfect. Thank y Harrah’s.

Decent stay, but not fully satisfied. The kiosks weren’t working so the check in process was long and frustrating. The hotel staff was pleasurable and helpful, especially the young man with curly hair whose name starts with B. However; Once I got to the room, the bathroom had a STRONG odor of sewage which permeated to the living area. I tried to neutralize/eliminate the smell with Lysol and an air deodorizer but the smell persisted. I called to have this addressed but I was on hold and when I did speak to a representative I was forwarded to the next over and over. I attempted to address this at check out, but the lines were once again very long, and I didn’t have the patience to stand there to not be properly compensated.

Absolutely aweful , worst AC trip I’ve ever experienced. Never again!!!! Got put in the wrong tower then they tried charging me an upgrade for a room that I never got. They had me in the Laguna tower in a handicap room because my brother just had surgery on his knee, the entire rug and front door where you walk in was completely flooded. Like flooded flooded a couple inches like 2 inches of water. I went downstairs at least 34 times and told them to bring somebody up about it and was assured they would I told them I fell and hurt my back cause I slipped on the water and it was literally flooded. Still nobody came up, called from my room three or four times finally got somebody to come up for them to discover there was a busted pipe in the wall that was making the wall soaked in which made the entire floor and the entire carpet completely soaked to which they didn’t fix. They didn’t offer to put me in a different room. They didn’t offer any kind of comp for any type of medical assistance whatsoever cause my back got hurt from falling if it was my brother, he would’ve been taken out by an ambulance. I am seeking medical attention myself for this. after all the crazy part is, it was a handicap room they put me in this is 1000% unacceptable. upon checking out I saw my bill was like five times more than it should’ve been because they charged me for a tower and a room I wasn’t even in was told there was nothing they can do about it. I can send an email to the business center or something like that or call the number for the casino support after arguing with them for about 20 minutes. I literally went over to the very next line like two lines over and the guy literally took the extra charge off my account and literally half a minute without any problems whatsoever after arguing with the first worker him telling me it was physically impossible. There’s nothing they can do whatsoever which I knew was a lie. In the last five months, my casino host has been switched at least 3 to 4 times. I’ve called each one of them multiple times and left messages to no avail. Nobody has called me back. Nobody has contacted me whatsoever. The comps I get now are an absolute joke. I used to get better comps when I had a gold card and my platinum card. I am diamond about to be diamond plus again as I was before and the offers I get our 1/5 of what they used to be And nowhere near for what /as much as they used to be. I highly highly highly highly suggest to anyone thinking of staying here go somewhere else I would say Caesars cause I like it there, but they are associated with Harris and Tropicana at this point. I think I’m gonna start going to a completely different establishment and by a completely different entity. They resolved nothing what so ever , overcharged me, got hurt because they had a busted pipe in the wall of my room and fell and couldn’t even get someone to come and see what the problems was for litterally hours. Took 3-4 phone calls and 2-3 times having my brother go down and tell them what had happened in person. They do not value their guest-players what so ever I spend 100s to 1000s on a single spin and get treated like I don’t even have a rewards card their let alone a diamond almost diamond plus card. Every other establishment tier matched my card I would suggest litterally every and anyone do the same and do not support ceasars/Harrah’s as they do not value you what so ever !!! Even when you get hurt they do nothing!!!!!
