Harrah's Resort Atlantic City

Working Magic Did everything he could to accommodate my family on my birthday trip. Having my girls close to celebrate made everything so much better! Would highly recommend. Not everyone would go to this length to make someone else's day this special! Thank you!

Bianca customer service was on point Front desk attendant BIANCA was amazing. Making check it smooth and easy. Her joyous attitude and customer service was so good. The hotel is beautiful and very calm during the week there was not much retail stores open on the resort it self. One ride on a jitney take you to much more to do and see.

Customer Servoce/Security/Maintenance I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, what i would always consider my first choice out of the many years I've come to Atlantic City would now be the last. Just recently on April 19th i encountered a situation around 3am in the morning where a male was able to enter my room while myself children and sister was sleeping, awakening from the hall light and cracking of the door i could tell something was off and turned over to be able to look directly at door and seen a male entering my room until i jumped out of bed and began to chase him screaming he then ran and i ran downstairs to report after putting my family in the room with a family member because my door would not close completely.so while reporting to supervisor on duty he laughed at the situation and offered a 50$ card for food, as if that amounts to my families safety i declined and nothing else was offered i began to email and make calls that night followed up Sunday and spoke to a rep yesterday that ask why didn't i use the bolt lock why did i come down stairs instead of call, in which i replied wait for what matters to be worse .I am very displeased with the customer service from everyone I've encountered or spoken with. I don't take the situation lightly and neither should they. I have since continuously replayed the situation in my head and my son says when entering my room he has heard me shouting as if i was talking to the guy still .shame on you Harrah's Atlantic City!!

Good it was amazing Good experience I had a great time I would definitely consider coming back everyone and everything was great just a lil expensive on food but definitely great I had a wonderful time Thankyou I appreciate you I would definitely be back ina few weeks

Another Great A/C Stay Hubby & I visit Harrah's A/C on a monthly basis. Always a pleasant stay here. Great restaurant and gaming options. We are slot players and Harrah's keeps up to date with the latest games. The Atrium pool is awesome. Our Waterfront Tower room was comfortable and clean. Looking forward to our April visit.
