Enjoyed our stay but room for improvement Stayed at Resorts in the ocean tower . The room was king size bed corner unit. Only a desk chair to sit on ( and it was so old you fell into it). I thought that was strange - there usually is a regular chair or little couch . Clean bathroom but tiny. The toilet looked like it was from a children’s grammar school.

Good experience Cynthia was fantastic. She made it such a great experience. The food was very delicious. We had the special rib eye which came with crab meat and asparagus. The calamari was good too. We would definitely come back. Overall a great experience.

Very good! Food was excellent! Very enjoyable. Nice atmosphere. The evening’s specials were all delicious and the recommendations were excellent. The steak special was wonderful!! The burrata ravioli was perfect. Make sure to leave room for desserts.

Cheated Omg I lost 150 in 88 cent bets I got bonuses that paid less than three bucks needless to say I'm sticking with hard rock the comps are great resorts gives you nothing I probably won't be there again they never pay big it's rather sad I guess they rely on guest

Anna Marie was the best! We haven’t actually stayed at the hotel yet but my experience with Anna Marie canceling and rescheduling our reservation was made so easy because of her consideration, her patience and her complete knowledge of her job. First impressions are so important and because of her I will be going now with complete optimism !
