Cute boutique hotel This hotel was an old hotel that was once a real dump. However, the company that bought this hotel total revamped the whole place. This is what I would describe as hipster heaven. It's an adorable little boutique hotel, located on the AC Boardwalk and close to the casinos.

All About Location The Chelsea is nice play to stay at as long as you pick the right room. The Chelsea has two parts, the luxe and annex. Not many people know about this my friend had stayed there before and told me how bad the annex side. So when I booked the room I made sure I chose the luxe and I was very happy with my choice. Our room was nice and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the boardwalk and did not experience any trouble with cleanliness. The location is very close to the tropicana. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here.

ok... The Hotel had a great location and great parking near by (not part of the hotel). When you walk in the hotel, it looks very high-end and high-quality , however since we pay $100 less for our room they put us in a place that looked like a motel, almost like an inn. The difference between these two, completely separate places is enourmous, and they should not make customers feel this way. I was embarrassed to be seen walking in that direction! WHat a shame... if you're not paying for the most expensive room.. just skip this place!

Just skip this place I have no idea why this hotel is rated as high as it is. The only beautiful thing in this hotel is the view. Our room was something out of a horror movie from the 70s with is dinged furniture that hasn't been upgraded since 1970. The hallways smell of damp carpet or a home that hasn't had a window open in years. There is nothing to do here the spa is a 3 star at best, the pool is tiny. This hotel is at the very end of the boardwalk so expect some walking if you want to get to the shops and a decent casino. If you are looking to visit AC and keep a very low profile this place is for you otherwise skip it. Also the check in process is ridiculously long for no apparent reason.

very romantic and great views of the ocean and boardwalk stayed a couple nights here. very nice hotel with a modern touch. outside deck was beautiful and well built. room itself was magnificent and quiet during the evening. very beautiful bathroom and shower.
