Dated, most uncomfortable beds ever. Hilton honors member booking for business. Supposedly the 1 and only room they had “left” was on the second floor, with mobility access and by the ice maker. I arrived late and Check in clerk said they are sold out… parking lot was not nearly full so I know that’s not true, however this was the only room available when I tried to check in online earlier as well, around 5 pm. Which tells me they blocked off 2 of 4 floors and limited number of rooms. This was the most uncomfortable Hilton bed I ever slept in, room was super dated and musky smelling. And at 6.30 am they turned on 70’s and 80’s pool music just outside my window as if I needed my encouragement to leave this place. Absolutely terrible.

This location is not your fathers' Hilton. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member. I booked a reservation in Auburn for February 6 but changed it to February 4th upon arrival. The hotel was good and Jo at the front desk was nice. They canceled my reservation on the 6th instead of changing it and surprised me with a cancellation charge of 174.00 on the same day I checked out. Sent an e-mail to the manager with documentation and HHonors found that the hotel made a mistake. Still no word from management or cc credit. I would expect it from other chains, not Hilton. Check your bill when you check out.

A very good stay My first time here. Hotel is hidden off the main highway. Lots of parking. Friendly hotel staff. Rooms are large, modern and quiet. Restaurant and lounge has nightly specials. Breakfast is cooked to order and served with a smile. A good business hotel.

Not impressed Staff were not overly friendly. When we checked into our room we found very obvious stains on our sheets and comforter. No way the cleaning staff didn’t notice. I guess they just don’t care. It was late so we had to get replacements from the front desk and change the bed ourselves.

OLD Carpet & pool was empty 5-20-23 The carpet is VERY old and needs to be torn out! Mold in our bathtub area. Some of the staff was very friendly but others not so much.......... VEry disappointed that the pool wasn't filled despite the 80 degree temps.
