GROSS One of the dirtiest hotels. Not only are the bathrooms not cleaned. I found a dead bug on the bed and alive ones in the bathroom. The room smelled like cigarettes and the covers do not get washed. If I could rate this hotel lower than 1 would. Never again.

Dirty, outdated, not typical Hilton Dirty, outdated, not up to basic Hilton standards. Many stains on carpet, sofa, curtains, shower was old and gritty. Staff was uninterested, many in their phones, and didn't encounter one cordial greeting during our stay. Sad, we stayed here a few years ago and it was much better, it's gone downhill

Never stay here… N A S T Y The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, outdated, the bed was so incredibly uncomfortable & the room smelled like cigarettes. I just wanted the night to be over so I could get out! The rooms are from 1980, I have no idea how they are still in business!

Stay Away!! Warning: DO NOT STAY HERE! You've been warned. This hotel is a disaster. 45 minutes to check in due to system problems. Not enough rooms ready for check-in at 4:30 (check in time is 4pm). Not even an apology...just "we working as fast as we can." One fellow guest got a late room, after having to run out to dinner when her room wasn't ready yet. When she entered the room the gave her, someone else was in it. A clogged toilet was met with "we didn't have anyone on staff right now to fix it." A man seen sleeping in the hallway. Mold in the bathroom; then a shower handle that fell off (see pictures). This is the 3rd Embassy Suites where we've had similar issues in the past 5 years. Clearly Hilton corporate doesn't care and is allowing this chain to crumble. Frankly, based on who you see at these hotels, it seems they are simply targeting a low income, low expectation, clientele, often with young children. It's too bad because when they were new, these were very appealing hotels with true 2-room suites, an interesting atrium-style design and one of the best chain hotel breakfasts...not just "grab-n-go." No longer. This location, and I think most Embassy Suites, need to be avoided.
