STAY AWAY! My family rented 3 rooms for the weekend and what a mistake. This was a terrible hotel, more like a motel. The beds were rock hard, rooms were beat up and dirty and there was trash under the bed when we arrived. Someone smoked in their room on the 2nd floor and it smelled all weekend. We found a man wandering the 2nd floor with a backpack and he said no when we asked if he was staying there. There is an unlocked back door that we saw unsavory people enter and head to the free breakfast. Staff is nasty and every time we entered they we smoking out front. Manager is unresponsive. The whole area around the hotel was unsafe and beat up. I don't recommend staying here for your own safety. Many other lovely hotels in Worcester.

Dirty Rooms and Poor Housekeeping Service This hotel does not believe in daily visits from housekeeping. If you stay for multiple nights, they will not clean your room, make the bed, change the sheets, or restock supplies unless you specifically ask them to. If you do ask, the housekeeping staff still does an extremely poor job and doesn't bother with any kind of detail cleaning. My room was gross when I checked in, and it was still gross after housekeeping performed a full cleaning at my request. I had to get a vacuum cleaner, paper towels, and disinfectant spray from the front desk to clean it myself. One of the rear exterior doors on the first level doesn't lock at all, so anyone can get into the hotel at any hour without walking past the front desk. Whoever manages this hotel clearly does not care about the cleanliness of the rooms. The sheets and towels are clean and they have hot water, but that's the best thing I can say about this hotel. All of the photos I uploaded are from AFTER housekeeping performed a full room cleaning at my request.

Good spot for a night while travelling south Although it said it was a smoke-free hotel, you could tell smokers were smoking inside. We had to change rooms once. Front desk Aidan was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was a nice option before hitting the road the next day. Outback restaurant nextdoor for dinner was easy after a long day of driving. Good shower!

Unprofessionalism at it's best! My son had booked a room with booking.com for a 2 night stay as he is 20 years old when he arrived they would not accommodate his stay due to him not being 21. This was an oversight on his part, however when he called booking.com to obtain his money back they agree to a 100% refund. Justin the manger at Comfort Inn denied his request for a simple approval. I then called to request that the approval be sent and also spoke to Justin explaining that he is a college kid and to have a little compassion as business isn't always one way. He was unprofessional saying they were completely full that night which I highly doubt, on our phone call employees were sighing as to dealing with anther call on this matter. My son said the staff were barefoot in the facility and speaking about sexual relations in front of customers on his arrival.

Unsafe rooms. The room they gave us stunk of fake air freshener and then when we tried to open the window we found that in our first floor parking lot room the window couldn’t lock and the screen had already been broken out! Then the front desk person wouldn’t refund us. AND they had no other rooms! We were left stranded. Had to find a new hotel at the last minute in the dark. Will never use a comfort inn again.
