The PI delivers comfort, convenience and great service! Modern comfort in a grand old hotel. Seems like every room has a different layout. Occasional issues with mechanicals (ac, tv, etc) but staff is always responsive. Breakfast on the Balcony is always a treat. Todays service by Anthony was great! Rooftop lounge offers great views across the river valley.

A great stay! Overall, the experience was nice and the room #332 (2 beds) was HUGE and clean when we walked in. I am used to staying at Hilton hotels, but have only stayed at one other Curio hotel (Miami). There were two things that I wish would change at least for this hotel: I had an issue with no iron in the room, however, there is a Conair steamer. The concept is decent, but steamers are only good with the right equipment. I think if there was a steamer garment stand it would have made using it easier. Since there are no outlets in the closet, I had to use a hanger, then hang it on the top of the door and hoped it didn't slip off. I would say please have irons/ironing board, it makes it easier for guests (like me) not used to using a steamer. Also, I wish there was a microwave in the room. I know that's something small, but since there is a mini fridge, it would do well with having a microwave if you want to just hang out in your room and eat something you brought in. Out of the other hotels around the area, I really like this one, it's in a nice quiet area and only a few minutes from Washington Rd.

5 Stars Our stay at the Partridge Inn August was a wonderful experience. From the minute we pulled up to the front of the hotel, Hank met and greeted us with the most heartfelt welcome you could ask for. He seemed like an old friend. Every aspect of the stay was top notch, even though we were in town for the funeral services of a dear family member. After a long rough day of a funeral in the heat and dealing with emotional pain, who greeted us at the door and sensed my sadness but Hank. He brought us a fresh pail of ice and once again, treated us like friends. Our room was perfectly cool the entire week, and I highly recommend getting room with a "porch". The best place for morning coffee. We also had breakfast one morning at the restaurant on 2nd floor, delicious food and great service. Front desk personnel were very friendly and treated us very well.

Best breakfast in GA Best omelette in GA. My daughter and I stayed for one night on the way to college camps. Very relaxing atmosphere in the dining room. Anthony was our server and his mannerisms were of high quality - I hope to return again and I hope to have Anthony in the dining room.

Southern Charm at its Finest! Alton was the first person I met when I arrived at the Partridge Inn. His pleasant demeanor and welcoming attitude immediately made me feel at home. Once I was settled, I found my way to 8595, where George greeted me with the most inviting smile and walked me to a table of my choice, nestled at the end of a wide front porch overlooking panoramic views of downtown Augusta. When Ashley J. walked over to introduce herself, it felt like I had known her all my life. She was warm and attentive, and her gentleness paired with the traditional recipes felt just like the homecoming one needs while on the road. Truly, the hospitality afforded here is second to none while the historical grounds and personnel exude the type of Southern Charm I’ve only read about. I would highly recommend the Partridge Inn to anyone considering a stay - you won’t be disappointed!
