Beware if your airlines give you a voucher to this hotel Beware if your airlines give you a voucher for a canceled flight. It is safer to sleep at the airport. The shuttle does not have working seat belts. They had passengers sit where the luggage belongs. The room was infested with bed bugs. Another lady ran out of her room because blood and bodily fluids where on her sheet. A wild party was going on next to our room with people trying to get in the back door to enter.

Hospitality though an awful airline experience We were sent here by Frontier due to a flight cancellation. (an entire other horrible story). There were multiple cancellations. This property was bombarded with full shuttles for 2-3 hrs, midnight- 2:30am. The night auditor, I believe Keesha, handled all of it with a great personality and hospitality. As we called, multiple times to check on the shuttle, she answered nicely and professionally. Once we arrived she was very attentive. The hotel is a nice hotel, very clean, and the employees are very attentive. Our room was awesome! We slept beautifully. Since our new flight isn't until midnight, we have no where to go after checkout. They allowed us to hang out at the pool and hottub, and there is a full bathroom, with shower, to get freshened up before we head to the airport. Thank you staff for helping us through the awful Airline experience.

No just no Dirtiest hotel I have ever spent 15 minutes in. Dirty washrags in the room, dirt on the beds, don’t let Southwest Airlines send you here with a voucher if your flight is canceled, do yourself a favor and just pay for your own hotel as we ended up moving after 5 minutes in the second room they tried to send us too. We tried to lay down in the beds and just go to sleep as we only had about 4 hours before needing to be back at the airport but I was afraid to close my eyes in the dark here.

Nice hotel, if you want to wait a couple hours for their airport shuttle, or pay $50 for a cab to get there. After a long day of multiple flight cancellations, I missed my connecting flight, & was sent here by United Airlines. Waited over an hour for shuttle (others told me they had been waiting over 2 hours) Van size shuttle finally arrived & could only fit a few people from the large crowd waiting. By then it was after midnight, & I was exhausted, so I spent $50 for a taxi. Upon checking in, I was told that they signed me up for the 12 noon shuttle, & that I could check out late in order to take that shuttle. The next day when I went to sign out & catch the shuttle, a very rude young man working at the desk, told me that the shuttle was full. I informed him that they had already signed me up for the 12:00 shuttle when I checked in the night before, but he told me that I was not on the list & the shuttle was full. (& that was the last shuttle they had scheduled for departing guests) He told me I’d have to take an Uber. I told him I had no money left since I spent my last $50 on a taxi to get there the night before. I asked him how am I supposed to get back to the airport, do I have to hitch hike? He again told me I’ll have to take an Uber. I asked if there’s a phone number to speak to a supervisor? He said no, that I’d have to complain to the airlines. At that point I was crying, & went & sat in the lobby, trying to figure out who I could call to borrow money from, & how to install the Uber app (note: I’m a disabled senior citizen who lives in rural Kansas & has never even used Uber) Shortly after, the friendly morning shuttle driver came into the lobby, saw me sitting there, & asked if I needed a ride, because he still had room (turns out he had 2 or 3 seats left) But, the rude desk clerk had not even bothered to ask the driver if he had any room.

Personally don't recommend YMMV Didn't even stay the night! Southwest flight was late and many people missed their connecting flights. Southwest did make hotel reservations for us but boy oh boy.....I wouldn't recommend that place. Waited 1 hour for the shuttle along with a bunch of people from the flight. Before check-in there were people reporting issues coming from other floors. Get my key, go to the room, and I saw enough to pay out of pocket to not stay there
