DEPLORABLE!!! This is deplorable! I was super exhausted when I arrived. Traveling for work. The remote to the tv didn’t work. Requested another and was required to program it myself. That should have been the first red flag I suppose, so just crashed. Then when I woke up in the middle of the night, prepared to shower>The pictures speak for themselves. When contacting the front desk I was advised she couldn’t extend any form of assistance or compensation for room’s condition! I had to wait until 9am to speak with Jan the manager! Seriously! My hair is red by the way. So the black hair in the sink-NOT MINE! Even with shower shoes I can’t use the shower! GROSS! Mildew and what looks like koolaid stains. The dead roach was discovered when I tried to turn on the tv manually! Just deplorable! Never again! And the property while in a decent location, smells like marijuana right next to the office!!! This morning and last night when I walked to get a remote!!! Certainly the staff smell it!!! Noteworthy details Do not rent here!!!!

Please, dont go there For the love of god, do NOT get a room here, Its a Meth zoo, rooms are disgusting, dirty, sticky, trash under beds, roaches, dirty beds with stains, the smoke free room i had smells like a 5yr old ashtray, no towles, no toilet paper, no nothing... I have travelled across the US and never have i come across suchs a dump like this... It made me leave after spending 15min after i had been on the road for 12houers... And no i did not get my money back, seems like alot of people have tried because when you get into the office they have a huge sign that say they wont refund you.

Roaches live here for free staff does nothing Do not stay here it is infested with roaches and meth heads and even though the price is good don’t even go there pay the extra money to go somewhere else plus the kitchenette stove doesn’t work and it smells like piss through out the room! We really want our money back but had no choice but to stay here! We watched a guy stack trash cans in front of his girlfriend’s door and be allowed back but I will say they did kick her out but the roaches are gross and get into even the fridge! Run from this place! They don’t spray for roaches and only use home defense roach spray which doesn’t get rid of them and we stayed in a room where we couldn’t even close the window because it was broken and falling apart!

wonderful staff everything and everyone at this property is solid, felix that works all over keeps the property clean always working hard outside to improve the property and is very helpful. front staff melissa and all the girls at the front are also amazing. ive been here over 2 weeks and been treated with respect and safe. hector stone

Hotel overbooked with no accommodation Hotel was overbooked. When Priceline called the front desk to verify the agent was told not to call back again or they would hang up on them. No refund processed till next morning. No refund processed until 2 weeks later because Red Roof had a hold on it. Contact email for Austin area Red Roof is hacked. It’s really prime customer service.
