Very nice Hampton inn high-rise I stayed here for three nights attending a conference at the convention center. it's very convenient to the convention center . this hotel is beautiful; it's the prettiest and nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed in. the breakfast was the usual breakfast. it was good and fresh. the rooms were renovated and modern , and the location it's just great for anything else even apart from the convention center , there are tons of restaurants local restaurants, not chains except for the PF Chang's, in front. there are quite a few homeless people hanging around, but that's just Austin, and it's going to be anywhere, but they don't really bother you. they just kind of do their own thing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stay with Valet excellent and easy parking in Aus downtown Great service, easy to park, price just seems high but it’s the same price everywhere and this service is excellent. Thank you Peter for great service. All of the employee were great sorry for not remembering all their names . Next time I will pick Valet parking service again

Start the experience correctly I am a frequent traveler, and this by far has been the most pleasant staff I’ve ever met that greeted me at the door. They welcomed me as I showed up. They assisted in unloading my baggage. They carried everything in for me. They basically set the tone correct that made me instantly start enjoying my stay.

Great hotel with top notch valet service We had really great experiences all around! I was nervous staying in a downtown hotel with valet parking while transporting my daughter’s wheelchair in my van with a manual aluminum ramp. Leighton was the 1st valet we dealt with and he immediately put us at ease. He made sure we had enough clearance for the ramp and really went out of his way to take care of us every night of our stay. He called me by name and took a genuine interest in our plans every time we left. We never waited longer than 10 minutes for our van and the hotel was really busy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good as well. The entire staff at the hotel was great, but Leighton was above and beyond.
