Great value Everything was clean, updated, and met or exceeded expectations. Parking was free. As always, don't leave valuables on your car. Good location for getting in and out for all downtown locations. Walking trails by nearby water, good staff.

Good view, everything else horrible There was no ice machine. The AC was so loud it sounded like a factory all day and night. The shower smelled exactly like a sewer. Even the tissues in the bathroom smell like the sewer. We asked them to bring up the toiletries and they said sorry you have to come get it. There were lose wires on the plug for the lamp. The shower had small pieces of cement breaking off on the bottom which hurt. We could hear all the other ACs going off and on. Parking was challenging.

Good location , comfortable if a bit tired. Great to have on site parking, nice staff, on site food options. Unfortunately, we were unwell during our stay so spent alot of inroom time and cancelled our plans , but thankful for the large and comfortable bed. We had limited access to food, no room service during our stay (not sure I'd this is normal or was a time/staffing issue). Room clean if a little worn in places. Hotel great position near the park but also accessible to the city, convenient.

Fabulous stay for a family wedding We just returned home from an amazing 4 nights in Austin. We had a family wedding about 30 minutes from the hotel. I worked with the sales team to book a block of rooms for the weekend. Who knew back when the wedding was planned that there would be a total solar eclipse? The team was very helpful and provided me all that was needed. The front desk staff could not have been better. Mitchell and Bradley were so friendly and ready to answer any questions. Lee, the shuttle driver was kept very busy shuttle ll of us to and from the airport. We took up 18 rooms, there was a lot of shuttling. Maria and Jose at breakfast were terrific. So many people to serve and they were always pleasant and professional. The rooms were great. Loved the comfortable beds and pillow. The bathroom sinks had shelving on either side making it very easy to spread things out. Add a refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig, we were all set. The location of the hotel is perfect. The lake is right there, so easy to walk, bike or kayak around. What wonderful stay at this hotel

The Worst IHG Hotel, Horrible Experience - AVOID Rude, unprofessional front desk staff, HOMELESS SLEEPING IN LOBBY, weed-smoking rap music blaring people sleeping in cars in the parking lot, bell hop getting in fights in the lobby with guests, manager having a hissy fit with other guests, pubic hair all over floor in the bathroom, this place has gone way downhill. Avoid.
