Hotel Ella

Budget retreat Our meeting space was great, and the food was good. I wish they had dessert options but there are so many great restaurants around it was easy to walk and get a dessert. The drinks at the bar were well crafted and tasted good. The rooms were large and comfortable with amenities that we enjoyed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great stay.

Wonderful stay ! Beautiful historical building with beautiful room. Entire team was very courteous and Chance had exceptional customer service. Front porch was a favorite spot to sit and talk and the lower courtyard felt very secluded and quiet. Architecture and art were just a delight to take in.

Memorable stay I’m an avid hotel, guest as I travel frequently for business and have seen my fair share of hotels. Additionally experienced high end , poor , exceptional, and amazing service so I know the range . My flight to ATX had already been delayed, I tripped entering the plane boarding and of course I spilled my matcha tea latte on my blouse. Cherry on top was i accidentally took double of my medication and mixed with what was leftover from my matcha latte my stomach was feeling beyond woozy. At this point I just wanted to check in lay down play my white noise and not be disturbed. Well I was in for a surprise named Keren as soon as I entered the hotel I was greeted with a warm smile by a beautiful young lady. She was extremely well spoken and polite which can be a coin flip these days at any front desk. Keren noticed my matcha tea latte stain and offered up her tide to go stick ! Which was very unnecessary yet deeply appreciated and that was just an extra step that Keren being attentionive noticed and took that step. She then walked me to my room and made me feel truly valued and seen as a guest never have I had such an intimate and attentive service. Not only do I feel that Karen deserves a raise, but for management to know her worth and value she adds to the image of Hotel Ella as she left a very admirable impression on my stay. So much so that I plan to return to hotel ella in the year of 2025 I value transparency and I hope that it received with the sincerity of how much Keren elevated my stay here and turned my rough start all round.

Very cute hotel! Great staff! My recent stay at Hotel Ella was truly exceptional. The moment I arrived I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff, particularly Jasmine at valet, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience. Jasmines friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. The hotels location is perfect if you’re planning on exploring the city as well as the UT campus. I highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable stay in a home away from home.

Charming hotel but no service The hotel has a lot of charm but too many things are not working properly and the service is not in line with the price. The water in the shower was never hot, the internet never worked properly. The personnel was super nice, but completely disorganised and incredibly slow. We were there for a wedding and the mansion was perfect for the pictures, but the hotel experience was not what we expected.
