Valet Service & Hotel Stay Cisco in valet was very helpful and we appreciate all the help he gave us. He was able take the time to answer all the questions we had. When we requested the car we did not have to wait long at all. The valets were helpful with directions and recommending a great coffee shop for when we check out.

Valet Service Cisco in valet was very helpful. When I first got to the hotel I was confused on the parking situation. Cisco explained the valet to me and I went ahead and did that. When I requested the car it came in a timely manor and the other valets helped my family and I pick a good restaurant for dinner.

I am so glad I chose this location I really went back and forth on were to stay for our 1st visit to Austin. I am so glad I chose this location. Everything we needed was very close and walkable. Great location to explore downtown Austin. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. I really appreciated that the floors were not carpet. We were in town for DreamCon so being close to the Austin convention center was important to me. As busy and bustling as the convention center was and with very close proximity, the hotel was still relatively quiet. The staff was very nice and attentive! Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. Thank you all again!

Decent hotel and location Good location hotel in downtown Austin. Big room size. However, we couldn’t get past the bed linen smelling terrible (pillows and sheets), and our room was serviced once over 4 nights. Breakfast was included and a good selection, however really busy and hard to get anything. Parking was very expensive (shoutout to valet guys, they were very nice).
