Horrible experience We noticed numerous issues with safety and cleanliness in our 3 day stay. I kept a list throughout our time at this property: Sink doesn’t drain Cold shower Outlets don’t hold a plug Blinds don’t close Stained walls with blood and mold Peeling trim and cracked wood around door lock Bathroom and closet doors do not close People smoking in hallways and garage Urine and graffiti in stairwell and garage Exposed wiring in hallways Cockroaches in room Key cards randomly stop working These issues were brought to the attention of the front desk staff. Manager was conveniently never available to discuss my concerns and the other employees stated they were unable to offer us a different room. During my numerous trips to the front desk, other guests were also in the lobby to discuss their issues with safety and cleanliness and the staff were not able to help them either. I believe a refund is appropriate in this situation.

A little too rough for the price. A little too rough for the price. While being sorta clean and having everything pretty functional, the overall room was just run-down. The location was excellent but it was not enough to switch to another hotel near the airport for the rest of the trip in Austin.

Worst stay ever Stayed at la Quinta 300 11th street in Austin Texas. please stay away. Bugs in two rooms, doors falling off, no hot water in one room, bugs in both rooms, phone does not work, coffee machine no work, hair dryer .. nope. Seems like it’s falling apart. Bugs crawling on my daughter !!! Has to leave. Toilet paper in toilet when first on, hair on floor. Yuck.

I had a bad experience at La Quinta, Austin Capitol The hotel in general is very dirty, the hallways are dirty, the room carpet is dirty and stained, the room door is dirty and stained. The room with a very bad smell. The hotel is definitely very unpleasant. The hotel lacks a lot of maintenance.

Do not even consider staying here The room was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. The tv was broken. The dresser drawer faces were falling off or non-existent. We left for another hotel after 30 minutes and paid a premium during the US Grand Prix weekend. Absolutely dump.
