LSC for me!!! Hidden gem! We were in town for the Kentucky game and decided to give LSC a shot. We were not disappointed. The place is REALLY cool. LSC has an old school motel charm with all of the creature comforts of a 5-star hotel. The rooms are really cool, clean and comfortable. The property has so much character. Only a short 10 minute drive to DKR, Lone Star Court will be our gameday go to from here on out. And, there was a complimentary sighting of a white squirrel, thought to be a sign of good luck. UT 31 UK 14...I guess it worked!

Great service above all The motel was recommended to me for the design and decor, but it was the service that made my stay too notch - from the desk staff to the wait staff to housekeeping. Location is close to lots of shopping and eateries.

Not worth the price at all paid $300/night for basically a motel. The rooms have windows that don't open (in the room itself, and also in the bathroom). So all of them have a musty smell constantly (I confirmed this with everyone else in my group who stayed in other rooms across other floors). Also, since there isn't a vent in the bathroom either, the smell of sh*t lingers after you have taken a dump. The bathroom door is also a sliding barn door, and does not provide much privacy. The facility itself is fine, with a pool and restaurant, although when they set out food, they don't have any labels. So for those with food allergies/dietary restrictions, it is a gamble as to what you are actually eating. The Tack Room is supposed to be setup for meetings, although there is no stage/podium, making it hard to see for those in the back rows. And the mic system was not working well, so those also couldn't hear well.

Great Property Amazing property. The courtyard looks great. The employees are friendly and always willing to help make your stay worthwhile. Did not get to try the food this stay. I did enjoy some drinks at the bar which were also great. If traveling or just want a random staycation. I highly recommend Lone Star Court. Will definitely be back and try the food next time.

Beyond Expectations to the Unknown.... Unknown to this part of Austin I took a risk on a new area and boy was I blown away. From the moment I entered the Boutique Hotel I was drawn to the atmosphere, lush landscape, friendly Texas Hospitality and empathetic staff. The onsite Bar/Restaurant was a treat too...The Water Trough. I would recommend this Hotel to ALL!
